This is the inactive character section. OCs cannot go up for adoption unless the previous player allows it, so they go here rather than the adoption center. Also, characters that the original player does not want to adopt away, but doesn't have time playing right away, will go here. I personally ask that the characters are in the inactive characters section for no more than 2 months without good reason.
