The Jennys have many Pokémon, but yes, only use three. They could have any of these Pokémon. Though, Growliths are mostly the most common Pokémon they use.
Special Moves: (Mandatory)
Growlithe
(B) Flamethrower - It breaths a stream of fire. The longer it goes at it, the weaker it becomes.
(Downward) Crunch - This bite attack may lower a foe's defense dice by 1 for two turns.
(Upward) (R) Flame Wheel- It spins up in a ball of fire.
(Side) Take Down - It charges at the foe with a reckless, yet powerful tackle.
Jumpluff
(Standard) Stun Spore - Foes nearby are effected by a paralyzing cloud of spores.
(Upward) (R) Bounce - This Pokémon springs in the air and bounce on the floor. Hits a foe, it'll bounce higher.
(Downward) Mega Drain - Foes nearby gets their energy drain. Their energy will heal some of Jumpluff's health.
(Side) Energy Ball- It fires a green energy ball. This could lower one's defense dice by 1 for two turns.
Stunky
(Standard) Poison Gas - It lets out a cloud of stinky and poisonous gas on those nearby. This attack could drain a foe's health for one turn.
(Upward) (R) Night Slash - This Pokémon zips up, swiping its claws. If there's nearby foe, it'll lock-on to him/her.
(Downward) Explosion - Its gas lets out a flammable explosions to nearby enemies. Beware, this attack damages itself.
(Side) Dark Pulse - While this attack has no range, it'll cause a pulsing vibration that may stun a foe for two turns.
Meganium
(Standard) Magical Leaf - Unlike Ivysaur's Razor Leaf, this one lock-on to a nearby target.
(Upward) (R) Petal Dance - This Pokémon spins in a dance, with pink petals surrounding it.
(Downward) Body Slam- It dives at the foe with all its massive weight.
(Side) Fury Cutter - It slashes the foe with its sharp vines. Every hit this attack makes, it strengthens by one, but loses the bonus when hit.
Zangoose
(Standard) X-Scissor- It slashes its claws in a X-motion. This attack could hit two foes.
(Upward) (R) Aerial Ace- This attack makes this Pokémon fly for a VERY short while, tackling a nearby foe in mid-air.
(Downward) Shock Wave - Unleashes an electrical explosion on nearby enemies.
(Side) Shadow Claw- This attack makes Zangoose zip past the foe like a shadow, slashing him/her.
Weaknesses:
Sure, they're quite authoritative, but the Jennys are totally useless against large packs of bad guys, or single powerful ones. When all fails, they call in the Advance Wars army.
Personality:
While there are many Officer Jennys, as a rule, Officer Jennys are brave, determined, but ineffective police officers who fight against the likes of Team Rocket, Team Magma, Team Aqua and Team Galactic - along with miscellaneous other criminals. But like the Joys, the Jennys are different and special in their own way. One can be lazy, one can be clueless, one can jump to conclusions alot, etc.

While planning on the Smash Inns, the Masters would also figure that Smash Battles could get out of hand. People would start battles at the wrong places and at the wrong time. Also, it isn't easy keeping in line many cities and lands. This is where Officer Jenny comes in. While studying the Poke-World, he also found out about the family of Officer Jennys, and created many of them for each location there are or will pop up. The Jennys will make sure no Smasher will threaten the peace, and keep them from starting Smash Battles in places like City Hall, or libraries.
