Moveset:
Particle Beam - Charges a cannon built into his mouth, the T-Rexoid blasts a line in front of him, either straight ahead, or side to side, creating an explosion immediately afterward.
Tail Swipe - Spins, swiping his tail along the ground, and swatting away anything it hits
Tail Smash (PP 10) - Acts as if using the tail swipe, but as its tail faces its opponents, stops, raises the tail into the air, then pounds the ground with it.
Stomp - It tries to stomp on you.
Roar - Rears back, roaring into the air with enough volume to stun anyone that doesn't resist its effect.
Bite/Crush (12 PP for Crush)- As the name implies, tries to bite a target. If it succeeds, they're now stuck in it's mouth till the next turn. If they fail to escape in that time, the T-Rexoid then crushes them in its jaws for massive damage.

PP: 8 (except where noted)

Super Move: One Shot, Activates at 15 HP
Missiles (PP8) - The "stripes" on its back open, revealing three sets of missiles, which it fires for the next three turns. These missiles lock onto the position of their targets WHEN they fire, but do not track.
Weaknesses:
It's a big, slow target. In close combat, this thing can be lethal, but its ranged attacks are fairly limited. Also, for its size, its lightly armored, to allow extra flexibility, unlike its predecessor. So a group should be able to tear it apart rather easily.
Personality:
Uhm... Crush, Kill, Destroy? That pretty much describes it's mindset, or lack thereof. The T-Rexoid isn't intelligent (or free willed) enough to plan on its own, or at all.

The T-Rexoid mk II was built to function as a fortress guardian, but this task was never fulfilled as Mega Man managed to bypass the entire fortress, facing Wily and his "Warp Man" directly. Once the castle was pulled into This World, Dr. Wily was about to scrap the T-Rexoid mk II, until he discovered the realm of dinosaurs, Sauria...
And their fear of what they called "Red-Eyes", which the T-Rexoid resembled quite a bit.
Seeing the opportunity to build a new base in this area, Wily has sent the T-Rexoid, along with a regiment of Sniper Joes and Metools, to clear the area of its original inhabitants.
And destroy anyone who tries to stop them.
