Moveset:
No official moveset since he isn't a good enough warrior to be officially called a Smasher. But he can throw knives at enemies, and slash them up with daggers.

Weaknesses:
Suey isn't exactly strong of muscle, and would be out beat in a giant struggle. Despite him being an experienced officer and assassin, hes just slightly better then most Pig-Masks. He also has a short SHORT temper, when someone interrupts him showing off, talking in tangents, or even just looking at him funny, Suey realllllly wants to stab em.
Personality:
Most assassins are quiet, stealthy and very concealed to the public eye...Suey is hardly that type of assassin. He tries to be quiet at the start of a mission, but his short temper and loud voice often brings him out of the stealthy phase and into a psychotic killing phase. Suey seems to have a short term memory problem too and is easily distracted, when he's on a mission he usually does a few errands first before he actually gets to his job. And when he does, he often gets into a long talky phase before and after he attacks his targets and enemies.
Likes:
His knives, his robes, going on a mission, going off the mission for errands, Porky.
Dislikes:
Guardsmen chasing him, when people interrupt him, when his knives get dull, failing a mission, falling 50 stories from a building and face planting on ground...hard.
Appearance:
Just imagine a normal Pig-Mask, now put him in white robes with a hood, and geared up with knives and other pointy objects.
History:
Suey joined Porky's army as a grunt, but later thought that this kind of work was boring. So he trained to be an assassin instead, which brought Porky to noticed that Suey has some skills in the stealthy arts. So Porky established his own personal assassination squad lead by Suey, the best one yet. Suey has been secretly training behind the scenes to defeat and kidnap leaders of countries, and has now been set loose to show Porky results.

Assassins are a bit pointless in a world where everyone can't really die, but he can kidnap the targets and keep them in trophy form if nothing else. XD
