Orre always had trouble having people being a barren desert till they discovered Poke-spots, and this place is nowhere near one. Though, the Cipher Admins and their shadow Pokémon might count. Plus there's the trainers, travelers and the people in the diner.

History
Back in the day in Orre, Pokémon once filled the entire mines of The Under, and in order to go deeper, they need two things; Pokeballs to get the Pokémon, and a train to send supplies. Thus, the tracks were built, but as Orre asged and the Pokémon began to be captured, the tracks slowly began undeeded and covered by the desert sand, leaving the train stuck in the badlands, where where you know it, gas is under. Thus the train was rebuilt as a gas station at the edge for travelers to rest up and go easy for a while till they continue the rest of their journey.
Events:
If 2-Dakim and Shadow Entie appear at the left of the stage and they cause a major earthquack with fire coming out of the cracks on the area
If 3-Venus and Shadow Suicune comes from the right, and they send in a huge tsunami on everybody
If 4-Ein and Shadow Raikou appears and jumps on the train's roof, and they rain thunder on the stage
And what about 1? A step-platform rises in the background and Miror B. appears with dancing Lodicolo, and around the admin is all four of his shadow Pokémon dancing; Sudowoodo, Nosepass, Voltorb and Dragonite, and they play any disco song
