Well, there are no monsters inside of the HQ, only soldiers and other kinds of workers and employees. But there are both Polar Bears and Topis outside of the HQ, roaming the wildlands around it.
Appearence:
From the outside its like a massive tunnel going straight into the mountainside, but with a massive vertical gate guarding the entrance from unwanted visitors. Inside of this gate there is a massive elevator, the size for four tanks to fit on. Before the large one there are two personnel lifts to use if its no need to use the huge one, but its rather rare for that small of a company to arrive.
Exit the elevators and you step out in a gigantic hangar, filled nearly to the brim with different kinds of tanks, all on standby mode and ready if something urgent would happen. From the elevator's point of view, on the left and opposite side of the room there are two exits into corridors, which both leads to the rest of the facility such as the Barracks, where all the soldiers and workers have their bunk beds and lockers, but also to the Mess Halls, Training Room, Staff Room, Guest Halls and of course the Control Room, where the guards constantly monitor the HQ's camerasystems. Deeper inside you find an even bigger hangar, which is storage as well as exit for all the airborn forces of the Blue Moon Division.
History
The Blue Moon Division started out long before Hachi founded Advance Wars Industries and the Orange Star Division, but back then it wasn't that big of an industry as it is today. It was merely the Home-town Militia of Blue Moon Village under the command of Olaf's Great Grandfather, Magnus. He used his simple but well trained forces to defend the nearby villages and villagers from the threats of Polar Bears, Topis, and every other creature that would now and then arrive at the village and cause a ruckus.
Not long after the word about Hachi and his Advance Wars Industry came out, Magnus wrote a letter to him where he asked for his division of men to form the eastern branch of Advance Wars Industries, but still continuing under the name of Blue Moon. He was approved, and it was then that the real deal began.
Now, several years later, Blue Moon has evolved into something more than a Home-Town Militia, and is now the main military of the Eastern side of the Continent. The Old Blue Moon Division HQ was destroyed by Black Hole Division forces back during the Subspace wars, and in its place Blue Moon City has evolved. The HQ was rebuilt in a more hidden location up amongst the mountains, to hopefully stop its destruction from happening yet again. Under the command of Magnus' great grandson, Olaf, the Blue Moon Division soldiers are all known for their prowess in winter combat, even though no one can stand up to the Great Commander himself. These fur clad soldiers do worse than others in extreme heat and rain however.
Events:
Hmm... no, not any Stage Hazzards really... However, every now and then they have emergency drills, fire drills, etc. so that the Blue Moon Division will always stay alert.
Anything Else:
In opposite of Orange Star HQ, this is not a NPC city of any sort. It's a Military base up in the mountains, close to a NPC city maybe, but still not the city itself. Will finish the city's app soon as possible!
