A simple fighting arena. It has chairs all around for spectators to watch, and one giant chair for Shao Kahn or Shang Tsung to sit in. Though neither men are usually present here, as they don’t mean to waste their time with silly battles…as amusing as they are.
History:
Great tournaments have been held here for centuries, and it is one of the prime locations for the Mortal Kombat Tournaments. It is here where Liu Kang fought Kano for the first time, as well as Sonya, during the first Mortal Kombat Tournament. Shang Tsung watched the battles here and realized that Liu Kang must be defeated at all costs. Later this place was revisited during the 3rd Mortal Kombat tournament, only Shao Kahn spectated the matches between Kitana and Reptile. During this time, Sonya and Kano both were taken hostage and forced to watch the fights take place.
