Personality: He is intelligent and philosophical. At the same time, he has a very dark nature with a temper. His strategy is usually very complex and detailed, outsmarting him is difficult. He respects some villains, but only the ones that have kept their word and paid him for his missions. He has a sense of desperation, due to him being cast out from his owners long ago and having no money to take care of himself. As a result, he became a mercenary, taking missions from the highest bidder, indifferent to who were paying him.

Likes: Electronic music, getting what he needs, and roasting heroes with effective insults and comebacks

Dislikes: People who cross or double cross him, Heroes who cast him out, and Rap/Slow Jam songs.

Appearance: Generic-looking robot, has a rocket base that helps him roll around and jump/fly, a rectangular head with two electronic camera eyes, two robot arms, and an artificial spine that his torso and head can move up and down freely.

History: After the destruction of his race, R.O.B. swore he would restore it. Creating new blueprints, he dubbed them "ROB-class robots" and planned their manufacturing. However, he was not forgiven for the pain he caused the world, and as punishment for the crimes he wasn't even fully responsible for, he was forbidden the power to manufacture his solution to his loss, and was cast out of the World's society. R.O.B. was furious about this, and began his career as a mercenary, not showing any sympathy to the people he was sent against. He also began stockpiling the money earned from missions in order to manufacture his race himself, and his master plan was to once more have a society of his race, and his race alone.
