Smash City Inn: RnR Hedgehog

Some things, Sonic likes to do them fast. He just hates slow, and likes to save as much time as he possibly could to...well....have fun. But today was anything BUT fun. Okay, that bunny-earred 'demon' was just hilarious, but that...swords guy...that was someone Sonic NEVER EVER wanted to see again. Even from the way that guy stood, he redefined EVIL...and it was enough to make EVEN Sonic quake, and not much scares him.

Well, at least Sonic was around to make sure he didn't start trouble, because lets face it; it didn't take a genius to tell that guy was going to cause mayhem. Hopefully, his trophied self fell into some place no one ever goes. He didn't want to hear from him again.

That battle left Sonic in painful bruises, he couldn't run anymore. At least he was close to the nearest Smash Inn in Smash City.


Letting the glass doors slide open, Sonic limped inside, but he kept a big smile on his face. He didn't like to show weakness as much as he could help it. "Yo, is there a doctor in the house?"

[Mage]

Well the hedgehog was in luck, out of the back came a young woman in a nurses outfit. She smiled warmly at Sonic. "Welcome to the Smash Inn, you can call me Nurse Joy." She came up to Sonic blinking. "Oh my, you look like you could use some help alright. Chansey!"

Also coming from the back were two Chanseys with a stretcher, they quickly put Sonic on strapping him in. "Chansey!" Then as quickly as they came, they took him in the medical room to fix up his wounds. Nurse Joy followed quickly behind them.

"HEY!!!" this was from a hedgehog who once battled an evil doctor, everyday. Sonic had a distrust to doctors after that, and being strapped in like this wasn't helping.

"Come on!! Is this really necessary?" Sonic cried, trying to pull his way out. "Lemme go!!!"

[Mage]

Joy was walking along side the stretcher, she couldn't blame him for being wily. "Settle down, we won't hurt you. Its just so you don't slip off during the process." They got to the med room and started healing Sonic up.

[AnT]

"COULD'VE FOOLED ME!!!" Sonic cried, trying to free himself...even though the healing scanners were soothing his injuries...but he didn't notice as he was still frightened by being treated like Eggman was going to put him in some torture device.

[Mage]

Before Sonic knew it, the healing process was complete. Chansey quickly let the scared Hedgehog out of his bindings smiling. "Chansey!"

Joy smiled warmly at Sonic, she hoped that would help calm him down. "Alright, the process is complete Mr Sonic." She held out a key to him. "In case you need to, you can go to a room and rest up."

[AnT]

"Uh...yeah..." he muttered, swatting the bonds away. He rather not stay in a hospital place for as long as he can help it. He hates hospitals...and doctors. "I don't think I need it, lady."

Dismounting off the stretcher, Sonic stretched his leg by bending to the side and straightening it. He was warming it up to feel no pain in them. "Thanks for the pick-me-up, but I gotta get a move on. See-"

Cue the growl from his stomach.

"....if you have anything...to eat." Thanks alot, stomach...

[Mage]

With a giggle and a nod, she looked to Chansey. "Chansey, go tell the cooks to prepare."

Chansey nodded at Joy. "Chansey!" And left as soon as possible to the cafeteria.

Joy looked at Sonic and walked off. "Right this way Mr Sonic, sorry about all of the trouble before." She lead the way for the blue hedgehog, but this time...no stretcher to forcibly bind him down.

Sonic stretched his arms up, following the pink nurse. "Eh, no biggie."



As Sonic would circle around towards the lobby, two kids would enter through the auto-glass doors. One he met before; the girl with the red biker clads. And there was a boy with snowy hair.

"Jeez, Bren, it wouldn't kill ya to get some exercise for your Pokémon or something. I mean, come on, it's just..." May then noticed the familiar hedgehog with the Nurse Joy. "Oh hey! It's you!"

Brendan, on the other hand, ignored them and approached Nurse Joy. "Excuse me, nurse? We would like to heal up our Pokémon."

Sonic smirked at the girl. "Yo! Didn't expect to run into you, kid."

[Mage]

Nurse Joy saw May and Brendan, then looked back at Sonic. "I see you all know each other, and sure ill take good care of your Pok?mon." She went up to the front and held out two treys with some pok?ball shaped holes, and a blank name tag on the side of each trey. "Just put your Pok?mon in each hole and sign your names on your own trey, so they don't get mixed up." She called in Chansey.

The pink Pok?mon came up to Sonic motioning down a hall, she was going to lead him to the cafeteria in Joy's place.

"Huh?" Wondering what the egg creature wants...Jeez, what an appropriate shape in a hospital. The shape of the Chansey just reminded Sonic too much of Eggman...only cute, pink, and a lack of a 'broom' on its face.

"Oh yeah, chow-time! Lead on, Egg-gal." said Sonic, following the Pokémon.




Both the kids done what they were told, signing in the forms, and placing their poke-balls on the trays.

"And I thought you only do this signing stuff when you're an adult." said May, still writing the form before finishing.

A thought came to Brendan. "But...we're trophies. Can we actually grow up?"

".........I don't know."

[Mage]

The egg Pok?mon lead Sonic into the food area and went to the back of a stand. "Chansey!" She welcomed Sonic pointing at the menu above her.

Joy took the Pokeballs from the trainers and put them in the back where they would be healed up. "There you go, you both can feel free to rest in the Cafeteria and we'll call when they're ready." She smiled to them both warmly.

"Thank you." the kids said, simultaneously before heading over to the cafeteria area in the other room.

Sonic followed the Pokémon's...erm, flipper, looking at the menu boards above. There was one word he found that caught his eye, and it was all he needed to know. "Alright!"

Before Chansey would know it, Sonic zipped to the stool near the stand, already relaxed and had his elbow on the stand while saying,

"Two chili dogs with the WORKS, pal!"

The trainers noticed Sonic's 'ultra-cool' way to order. Or at least it was to May as she hurried over to the seat next to Sonic. "*giggle* Me too! Two chili dogs with the works, pal! Hahahah!"

And Brendan just smacked his head.

Smirking, Sonic rolled his eyes. It wasn't the first time people imitate him like this. Hey, he couldn't blame them. If he was his fans, he would imitate himself too.

Going back to the Chansey... "And make one for yourself while you're at it."

[Vize Viper]

Outside the doors, but not close enough to cause them to open, Gallade stopped. He'd decided to follow those two trainers for some reason, and they came here... The building reminded him of a Pok?mon Center, a place he hadn't been in for a long time...

And he found himself not quite comfortable going inside.

With a smile and a nod, Chansey went to the back and started cooking up 4 hot dogs, put them on buns, and proceeded to put the chili toppings all over the meat. "Chansey!" The food was ready and sent out to the Hedgehog and female trainer.

Nurse Joy noticed Gallade from the desk, he didn't seem to come up at all. Was he shy? With a smile Joy said. "Your more then welcome to come in, but if not thats alright too." She went back to work leaving it up to Gallade to decide.
