The power strip our computer is connected to was accidentally unplugged while Windows was booting, and now the OS is royally screwed. Windows refuses to do anything except show us the screen you get when Windows doesn't boot properly. Safe Mode doesn't work, Last Known Good Configuration doesn't work, and Booting Normally doesn't work; everything causes our computer to restart. We're now hunting stores for a copy of Windows XP hoping to boot from the disc so we can do a System Restore, but nobody carries XP in stock anymore.
Suffice to say, you won't be seeing me again for a while.
My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. I'll still try to see if I can log in from school, but it is by no means a sure thing, and I won't be able to use AIM over there in any case.
