Monsteropolis Suburbs: Duck and Cover!

With a ship that big, Roll needed some extra help. "Well, I could always use an extra set of hands."

"Man..." Metabee moaned, getting bored as he walked back up the porch-steps. "If anyone needs me, I'll be up watching the soa...erm, sports."

"Metabee! We might come up with a plan!" he called, walking after him.

Free from her creator's bear hug, Marina came up to Harpuia. "Wow, that's an interesting armor! Looks like that guy's armor with the blonde hair."

[Mage]

The red clothed boy looked up at the bearded doctor. "So, where's the damaged ship?" He asked.

[Lans]

Harpuia glanced down at Marina. Yes, she definatly had met Zero. However he bristled a bit as her insinuation that they looked similar. "It does not. I was modeled after Master X, not Zero."

[AnT]

Marina, arms behind her back, reeled away. "Oh, I'm sorry; I didn't mean to offend you."

Roll smirked a little, amused that the boy didn't notice the giant ship sitting on the street. Hmm...maybe I should get the Flutter out of there before it blocks traffic. "Ahem!...It's right there."

For the... well, he'd lost count, but again, the good doctor seemed to have gone into a momentary state of shock.

Even considering someone could be from his future, RIGHT in front of him, to hear another person who most likely was from that era mention his masterpiece... who wasn't even COMPLETE yet...

But... why had he called him "Master X"... Could his final child have... no. Dr. Light had planned on testing X's mind extensively to ensure he didn't use his power for such a thing...

But during all of this... Dr. Light didn't move, his eyes widened slightly... until he finally spokee.

"You... you're based on X's design?"

When Andy heard Roll, he turned around to see the giant ship right in the middle of the street...why he never noticed it before was completely past his little head. Then came the look of shock and pointing. "Thats the ship I saw before, its yours?! Awesome!" He ran out to the ship with stars in his eyes, it was a dream come true for Andy...until he ended up suddenly sailing through the air and face planting on the ground...

The cause of the boy's flight? Sami's leg of course. She then took his arm and put it behind his back ignoring the fact he's still healing from Bass's fight. "Andy, let me make this perfectly clear. If I see you mess with anything you shouldn't in there, ill beat you to kingdom come! Are we clear?"

All Andy could do was whine and nod. "Ok ok...Sami your too rough..." When she let go he sat up holding his arm. "Jerk..."

The blond ran up sweatdropping at Sami. "...Sami, sometimes you can be too rough on him." She knew about Andy's special condition of course, but there was no need to put him in a grappling hold.

Harpuia regarded Light for a moment before answering. "Yes," he told him simply. "Are you really Thomas Light?"

Roll pressed her lips together, wanting to tell Sami that doing that wasn't really necessary. But she doesn't know those two well, so Sami using 'tough love' on Andy might be for a reason. But back to Harpuia and Dr. Light ... it seems that the doctor is quite the catalysts for futuristic events in his world. All this must be frying his brain; having blasts from his future enter his doorstep.

Still on Light's head, Data motioned down at Roll, keeping a suspicious eye on the green robot. "Kee-kee, kee!"

To her hearing, Data was curious of the robot's identity. She wondered why Data was interested in him, but she'll just go along to find out. "Excuse me, but who are you?"

[Vize Viper]

The doctor simply nodded at Harpuia's question.

"Yes, I am."

[Mage]

The blond came up to the two kids. "Before you two start work, I need to talk to you."

The boy just sat there looking up at Nell. "Whats up?"

Their commander held out a small hand cannon to Andy smiling. "Heres a get well gift Andy."

This caused the boy to snatch it out of her hand intrigued. "Whoa, the prototype is finished?" He looked inside to find the ammo, which was a mid sized iron sphere in it. "The self defense hand cannon, Ive been wondering when it was gonna be finished." He smiled looking up to Nell. "Your giving it to me Nell? Thanks a lot!"

The woman smiled back at the boy. "Well I thought you needed something reliable on your hands."

Something about seeing Andy happy just made Sami smile, he was pretty entertaining to watch sometimes. But back to action, she turned to Nell curious. "Yes commander?" She gave her a quick salute.

This only caused her to giggle a little, sometimes Sami was too serious for her own good. "Anyway, I have a special mission for you two. From what I gather, 3rd party beings have been appearing in This World at a rapid state."

"They are?" Andy was still mostly in the dark about the situation. He put his new hand cannon away in his backpack.

This only caused a sigh from Sami. "Andy, didn't you think this city appearing out of nowhere is a bit odd?"

"Oh, now that you mention it..." Andy thought back to when he met Tron, they knew about that odd giant crystal called a Refractor quite well. It's power was obviously not of this world, so maybe... "Tron isn't from This World either?!" Took him 6 threads to figure that out.

[Lans]

"I am Harpuia, former general of Neo Arcadia," He told them as his eyes narrowed at Light. "And you're going to have to explain then, how this is possible since according to my records you should be pushing about 300 by now."

[AnT]

Roll decided to step in, some more, considering she...mostly comprehend that part. "Uh...I think it has something to do with the world we're in. Something about Subspace and...Master Hands..." Of course, now Roll wasn't believing what she knows; she feels stupid as her head slumped down to her shoulders. "Uh..."

Now that he recalled from Zero, that guy said he was a Reploid. Now Data knows he heard of that term. Reploids are extinct on Terra ... and yet they're not, which the Carbons were based on their improved design ... and yet they're ... it's a long story. This being must be one of the Reploids. The people of Elysium would love to study on someone like Harpuia.

Meanwhile, just on the lawn walkway, Professor Theo just realized something, now that he noticed Roll's ship. "Marina, what about our ship?"

"D'OH!!!" Marina nearly smacked herself. "I forgot! Professor, it'll have to wait until my energies are recharged, but I don't think the doctor here will examine and repair TWO ships. Last time I checked, uh..."

Marina weakly smiled. "...it was in worse shape that this ship."


"........well......that sure sucks!"

The doctor nodded to Harpuia, understanding the... general's confusion.

"This world we are in, if I remember the explanation correctly, has brought us here, regardless of the time we once lived in."

[Mage]

The boy in red looked over at Roll. "Oh thats right, guess this place got portaled like Sonic and his Green Hill Zone place." He looked over Nell. "Anyway, whats the mission?"

The blond gave a smile to the two of them. "Andy, Sami. Your mission is to encounter these 3rd party characters together, if they come with good intentions lend your services to them, if they come with bad intentions well..."

"We have your permission to go on the offensive if its the latter, right?" Sami asked, a bit interested.

She nodded at her. "Exactly, set a good example for this World." She gave off another smile. "We are it's pride and joy after all." She pointed at the military bike. "You can have the military bike, it's filled with plenty of supplies, like rations and weapons. Even extra radios." She then looked back at the two. "If either of you need anything, call the main base we'll ship off anything you need whether it be manpower, supplies, or just if you wanna chat with me."

With a wide smile Andy nodded at Nell while pumping his fist. "Awesome, this is gonna be fun!" He remembered the Subspace war, when the Smashers traveled around the world to save everyone. He's proud to live something similar to it.

Then the lady went over to Marina and Theo. "Excuse me, I'm going back to my home base. Perhaps we can transport your ship over there so our mechanics could work on it." She offered her help to them.

[Lans]

"...Interesting." Harpuia frowned as he mulled this over. "However, if people from various times and places do pass through this place...its possible that some rather dangerous personalities have arrived here as well..." he said, thinking about Omega...or Dr. Weil.
