 When the pok?ball appeared next to her, she picked it up without hesitation. She had known about these spheres and those cute little creatures inside, but this is indeed the first time she beheld it. "..." Then hope rose up again, maybe this could help the knight. He wouldn't use it of course but...maybe she can. Micaiah raised her arm and threw it out between the fighters in a slightly dramatic pose while the scenery behind her flashes. "GO!" [dice=354] As the ball hit the ground, it opened up wide shining a brilliant light among the two warriors. Who's that Pok?mon?!  It's Misdreavus! The ghostly Pok?mon looked around the battlefield, then to the Knight and the Martial Artist. Something told the creature the Black Knight wasn't her enemy, the other however... "MIS!" She suddenly send a wave of ESP at Akuma. Ashura Senku: [dice=6] [dice=6][dice=6]  Akuma's defensive technique hardly managed to avoid the spinning attack. The fighter only phased through the blades for a short few second before his technique ended, and Akuma instantly was batted right through a tree. ------------------ HP: 4 ------------------ [dice=6] The moment smashed the tree off of him with his fist and stood up, a strange child-like ghost appeared before him. Just as he decided to remove this creature from his battle, the ghost emitted these noisy waves that rattled his head. That accursed ghost harmed his vision; his world was so blurry. It'll be hard to focus on his attacks. The knight would defiantly use this for his advantage, so he should try to sway him away until he can regain focus. The strain on his head pulsed as Akuma fired another Hadouken, except this one was as small as Dan's useless fireballs. [dice=6]  The Black Knight was struck by the fireball, which simply fizzled against his armor as he strode towards the warrior. He wasn't sure where that ghost had come from, but he wasn't going to let this opportunity go to waste. Bringing his sword over his head once he was close enough, he brought it crashing down, executing his Sword Wave at close range. [dice=3] Well, for one thing, his vision was starting to clear up, but still not enough to focus the battle...a battle that was a mockery. This seems more like mere entertainment than... While he was still woozy, Akuma still was able to see the mighty sword hammer right for him. Barely, the fighter could jump out of the way, but the shockwaves from the sword to the earth still washed Akuma right back into the woods. ---------------------- HP: 3 ---------------------- The dead tree fell to the ground, separated from their roots, as Akuma punched and smashed his way through them. That dark and red fire flared around his body like hell-fire as Akuma glared daggers at the knight. He's welcome this defeat if he was at his fullest. But this was not satisfying. He shall not be given this humiliation. The flames exploded around him as Akuma, "GRAAAAAAHHHH!!!!" Let the world know of his fury. [dice=20] And his rage blinded him from noticing the god's gift for his 'pleas'...  A Starman! But unlike the usual pleasant sparkles the star grants its user, Akuma's flames now was mixed with blue aura, with blue sparks floating out of this maddening fire. Also, the traditional theme for the star was played by some Japanese guitar. It was as if Akuma could feel most of his true power returning. He could feel the energy slipping from his grip, so he must use this power to punish this foe. "ARAAAAHH!!!" charging at Black Knight, stomping the ground as hard as an elephant, Akuma again leaped at the knight with some double roundhouse kicks... [dice=6][dice=6] ( HP: 6) The knight was struck b the first kick, and allowed it to push him back from the second, his eyes narrowing, but unseen within his helmet. He knew that he couldn't lay a hand on his opponent. [dice=20] And it seemed fate was not on his side at the moment, as no items appeared to aid HIM in this battle. The angry warrior did not lazed his pace as Akuma zipped after the knight, tightening his fist to crush his armor... [dice=20] ...but his feet took over, skidding against the floor. His sense drove his feet to a halt, detecting a colossal energy. [dice=6] (Defense) That...floating ball ... it was like a miniature sun arrived to watch the battle. No!...It was...calling to him...with its awesome power ... a power that felt like his... ...It must be the rest of his power! He must have it!! Forgetting the knight, Akuma launched high into the air, striking the shining ball with his Shouryuken. Of course, seeing Akuma go after the glowing sphere, the Black Knight responded quickly, jumping upward, and vanishing as he shrouded himself in his cloak, before he attampted to just smash the ball open with one swing. When the Smash Ball appeared, it shone with a heavenly light to the maiden. She opened her mouth and widened her eyes at the brilliance of the sphere. She also had a bit of tension within her, will the Black Knight claim it's power, or Akuma. Either way, this next attack may be the last of this battle... |

Either both warriors missed, or that ball of power wields an incredible shell. And it just floated over the forest, shining like a sun, and mocks them with its tranquil presence. But even with his swift and powerful fists, the knight managed to destroy that orb first. He can see the ki flowing massively around his body. But quiver, Akuma never does. He shall not allow his enemy to unleash that power. So, focusing electric dark energy between his hands, Akuma fired another Hadouken to knock the power out of Black Knight. [dice=6] Bringing his sword up, the Black Knight blocked the oncoming Hadouken as the power of the Smash Ball flowed through him, golden light shining from his visor. "It is time to end this. FAREWELL!" Then, with remarkable speed, the Knight charged towards Akuma, swinging Alondite in a wide arc to catch the warrior, the blade trailing silver light. [dice=10] (if it connects, continue on, if not... don't, obviously) " ECLIPSE JUDGEMENT!" He called out as silver light wrapped around Akuma, while swirling around him, making him seem wreathed in moonlight, even now. Then, drawing his sword back, he struck out ten times, intending to DESTROY his opponent utterly. [dice=6] To put it simply, Akuma never stood a chance now. The hard force he felt on his body ... it was all happening so fast. And when he barely could see after that onslaught, he saw his end coming down at him as a flaming sword. And his sight shut to darkness. In reality, Akuma's trophy form rocketed high into the sky. The dark environment he left faded away, freeing the tranquil blue sky. But alas, the forest around that battle was left scared in death. *GAME!*  "FUNCTION CEASED!!!" Flipping off the dead trees, Mr. Referee landed between the knight and Micaiah, gracefully, with one foot...and hardly any clothes on, other than his underwear. He then aimed his arm at Black Knight. "The winner is...BLACK KNIGHT!!!!!" The roars of a thousand voices cheered, like they were in a stadium. But no sight of these spectators, at all. "Now that's all and done...Mr. Referee OUT!" Spreading his arm, his skin changed color. Half of his body turned red, and the other blue. Four pairs of angel wings sprout out of his back, and the old man used those wings to soar right into the heavens, never to be seen again. The Black Knight watched the Referee fly away, embedding Alondite in the ground in front of him as he glanced at Micaiah. "Are you all right?" His tone implied only the faintest of concern as he turned completely to face her. |

The brilliance of the thrashing blade put Micaiah in awe, and as the battle came to a close, her eyes were brought all over the ruined section of the forest. It was a loss within a victory. "..." Then she blinked quickly, snapping out of her trance. Looking over at her savior. "Oh, yes I am. I thank you, Sir Knight..." She bowed to him, holding her book to her chest. |
