Of course not.
I may need a long list of stuff that Blue said in the games so that I can have a idea of what to have him say (It's been ages ago I played Pok?mon Red, so I can't really remember what he mostly said)

Yes Xe  The Sims games have been considered RP canon because of "Dr. Wright" from Sim City being in both Melee and Brawl and the "My Sims" games on the Wii. Also, the Sims serve as excellent OC humans ^^. |

Well, here I'll go with some reserves!
1st of all: Pacman! He's just so sweet it would be a crime to leave him out!
2nd out is an OC-ish character that will attack with Tetris Blocks, a character I'm planning to calling "Tetris".
3rd player is yet another Trio, the Virus Trio! You know, as in the Dr. Mario viruses...
4th out is a less known character, the one called Glover from the N64 game of the same name.
And also, if possible, I'd like to reserve the being known as Crazy Hand. And if I'm not allowed to play him, I'd at least like to design him as a Boss character. Could either of those two, preferably the former, be arranged?
On the other hand, cross all of these... I'll probably app some of them in the future, but I'll leave them open for others to take if they feel like it. Feels like I'm hogging it all otherwise...
