Personal Relationships:
Lash, Adder, Hawke - Fellow Black Hole COs from the Second Attack.
Sturm - Commander of the Black Hole Division during the Second Attack.
Black Hole Division - The Division of soldiers of which he is one of the high ranked members.
Possible Spoiler!
Jugger, Kindle, Koal, Von Bolt - Members of the Bolt Guard, a traitorous sub-faction of the Black Hole division with orders to protect their leader, Von Bolt. They are enemies to the Allied Forces as well as Black Hole.
End of Possible Spoiler!
Occupation:
Black Hole Division Commander, Close Combat Specialist
Moveset:
Flak is big, strong and slow. He uses mainly brute force in battle, even though modern warfare has risen the need to use firearms as well.
His strength may possibly rival that of Donkey Kong, but his agility is a bit lower.
Special Moves:
Standard Attack - Flak Smash
Another "Power Punch" attack! Flak rises his fist into the air and then slams it into the ground in front of him. This not only damages his opponent, like the "Falcon Punch", but also eject shockwaves from the site of impact which knocks bystanders, both foes and allies, to the ground.
Dice: 6 VS. 6 + Knockback 6 VS. 6
Upward Attack - Grappling Hook
Flak pulls forth his Bazooka, rests it on his shoulder, and launches a Grappling Hook from within it. This hook latches onto ledges and enemies, and pulls Flak towards them (or the other way around). When he is right by the caught character he will make an attempt to punch his opponent away, thus hurting the enemy further and enabling himself to make another attack and/or save himself from falling.
Dice: 6 VS. 6 + 6 VS. 6
Downward Attack - Bazooka Parry
Flak pulls forth his bazooka and catches an incoming attack. If it's a ranged attack, he will reflect it and send it back to his opponent. If it's a melee attack, he will catch it and then counter attack by striking with his bazooka. The counter attack uses a 6-sided dice, and the reflected projectile keeps it previous side-count, even though a new dice is rolled for it.
Dice: 6 VS. 6 // Special
Side Attack - Bazooka Rockets
Flak pulls forth his modified bazooka arsenal. These bazookas have one end plugged, which releases all force on one side only and thus makes a makeshift rocket. This "rocket" strikes into an object (or enemy) and explodes on impact.
Dice: 6 VS. 6 + 6 VS. 6 in Blast Radius.
Smash Attacks:
Upward Smash - Take Down
Like a cat trying to grab something in the air, Flak swipes his hand above him in an attempt to grab an airborne opponent. If he succeeds, Flak will smash said opponent into the ground beside him. If he misses however, he will fail the attack.
Downward Smash - Knuckle Swipes
He makes his fists and slam them into the ground, possibly hurting an opponent.
Side Smash - Bazooka Bat
Flak will grab his Bazooka with both his hands and swing it at his opponent like a bat. This attack has good knockback, but the damage ain't that great.
Final Smash - Barbaric Rage
When he gets hold of a Smash Ball, Flak gets pumped up. And I mean, REALLY pumped up. For three rounds, all of his melee attacks does 2 HP damage instead of one, he can both attack and move faster, and he will be invulnerable to all kinds of damage. However, said attacks will only roll with 5 sided die instead of the normal 6 sided, as he increases strength in exchange for accuracy.
Weaknesses:
Mental:
To put it simple, he is dumb. He is easy to anger, easy to fool, and don't understand most long and complicated words. Like your stereotypical thug.
And when he's angry he gets even worse, using all of his might to attack his opponent ferociously, quickly tiring himself.
Physical:
He may be big and strong, but he's not accurate. When he attacks something he don't give much thought about where he's hitting as much as why, and thus may miss his target.
Also, he is a bit clumsy and slow, not that very agile at all. This could also be used to his disadvantage.
Personality:
Flak acts like your stereotypical thug, to put it in short terms. He is rude and obnoxious to everyone, even his allies, and often answers every setback with all the brute force he can muster. He mostly treats enemies and allies alike, with the exception that he intends to destroy his enemies while to his allies he's just mean-spirited.
Likes:
Strength, Power, Black Hole, Big Guns, Meat
Dislikes:
The AW Industries, Veggies, Gorillas (Because everyone compares him to one), Accuracy ("With a big enough boom, who needs that?")

History:
Flak is mostly silent about his past, but it is believed that he was raised by an Orange Star supporting family. He was trained by the military and worked as a soldier in the first war between the Advance Wars Industries and the traitors from the Black Hole Division. However, while he was gone his entire family was killed by bombings from Black Hole aircraft. This lead to him losing hope in the forces of the Orange Star Division, The Advance Wars Industries, and the Forces of Good. Without a word to anyone, he retired from the army and left to a remote location.
One day, a foreignDarth Vader Rip-off Alien Commander in Orange Suit arrived at his doorstep. He knew about his Military training, war Experience, and grudge against Orange Star, and wanted to hire him as a CO for the forces of Black Hole. He gladly accepted the offer as a chance to finally get back at the weaklings of the Advance Wars industries, and left his home for his new allies of Black Hole. However, the entire operation was a failure, and the Attacking forces of the Black Hole Division drew back to a remote location.
After the defeat of Sturm, Flak considered leaving the Black Hole Forces in order to try to take down Orange Star himself, since these weaklings apparently weren't able to. However, on his way out he stumbled into another evil conqueror with aDarth Vader-ish Sci-Fi appearance: Von Bolt. He explained who he was and told the soldier why he was there, along with their plans of not only defeating the Advance Wars Industries, but even taking control over the entirety of This World. Rude as he is, Flak questioned it immediately with the argument that it was impossible due to there being no man who were strong enough to take down the hands. With a menacing laugh, the man told Flak who his ally was: Master Hand (Under Tabuu's control of course.)
Not believing him at all, Flak left the secret HQ and went into hiding. He were there when Black Hole amassed their forces and attempted to take down Advance Wars and This World. However, once he noticed that his former friends, Lash and Hawke, was betrayed by Von Bolt and almost killed by the old geezer, Flak went furious and made his way back to HQ in an attempt to assassin the old man. The Industry Forces somehow made their way there before him though, and in a final battle they once again defeated the forces of the Black Hole army. With a final death threat from Von Bolt, Flak aimed his bazookas from a hidden location, just to see Hawke throw himself at Von Bolt, disable the man's chair, and then disappear alongside Von Bolt in a big explosion of light. Confused as to why Hawke, honourable and honest Hawke, would betray his own commander, Flak quickly left. He didn't want to be captured by Industry soldiers in his confused state.
Soon after, Koal, Kindle and Jugger were trophyfied and captured, while Lash followed suit, as she had formerly agreed with the Industry unknown to Flak. Flak watched from the distance and never did an attempt to rescue her, as she was guarded by not only Industry Soldiers from all four of the divisions, but also several of the COs from said divisions. Instead he left the area and ventured into the woods, just to discovered some Rouge soldiers who somehow survived the attack. He rallied his new troops and fled, to one day return with new forces and re-attempt his attack on Orange Star.
Anything else?
Command
Currently, he is the only known CO of the Black Hole forces. Von Bolt and Sturm both faced defeat at the hands of the Industry, The Bolt Guard was captured and taken to an unknown location alongside the willingly following Lash, Hawke gave his life in order to stop Von Bolt, and Adder's location is unknown.
