Yuri, Estelle, Karol, Rita, Raven, Judith
Occupation:
None
Moveset:
Special Moves: (Mandatory)
Standard Attack - Shining Dog- Repede spins himself around, knocking up nearby dust and debry to form a miniature tornado. Depending on how long Repede charges (1-2 turns per charge), the tornado can fly farther and be more powerful.
Upward Attack - Cyclone Shot (R) - Repede jumps in the air and spins around, going up farther in a diagnol line. Any enemy hit by this move will be sent flying.
Downward Attack - Thievery - If an enemy is holding an item or weapon, Repede will be able to hit the opponent hard enough (depending on the opponent) for them to drop their weapon and for him to steal it, either giving it to someone else to use or simply disposing of it all together.
Side Attack - Falling Leaf - When Repede activates this move, he is unable to be hit by practically any attack. However, once the move is completed after 1 turn, he is left wide open for an attack.
Final Smash: Slash!!
Repede will start to glow and have a yellow flame surrounding him. He quickly charges the enemy and knocks them off balance. Instantly after, he goes behind them, knocks them into the air, and as they're coming down, slashes them with his dagger. He swings it very hard, causing a giant blue streak in the air.
0:30 is Repede's.
Weaknesses:
Repede isn't a sort of social person. Whenever there is someone around that he has yet to know or befriend, he hardly ever pays any mind to them and walks away. This gets people to misunderstand him for an ignorant puppy.
In terms of physical weaknesses, since he has no thumbs, he cannot climb ladders, so he'd either wait at the top or base of the ladder, jump down from the top (if he isn't that up high), or get on someone's back and have them carry him (which isn't something that can be done with ease). As well, his nose isn't that much of a good think. If a strong smell is around (like the inside of a Nia fruit), then Repede's nose is of very little to no use.
Personality:
Despite being rude to people he doesn't know, he's warm and friendly around those who he has accepted as friends. Not only to those, but to little children who likes dogs as well. Repede is a loyal and faithful companion, willing to do anything for those he can trust. Although lacking the human tounge, Repede almost always knows what is going on between the group and the world, and he does his best and tries his hardest to help them in battle.
Also, Repede hates being called a dog; he finds it's too lowly for himself. However, he doesn't think high in hiself, either. He's just in between those two spots.
Likes:
Yuri, friends, children who like dogs, sleeping, eating, attention.
Dislikes:
Being compared to other dogs, enemies, Little Wolf (a rival dog from the Lower Quarter), being master-less.
Appearance:
Though this piece of artwork shows Repede with a pipe in his mouth, as well as his model in the game, he does not actually smoke - the pipe is just something for him to remember his previous master by. Also, Repede actually has only one eye. He lost his left eye in a battle in the Great War, against man and monster. Now there's only a scar over his closed eye-lid.
History: (WIP)
Repede had been born with a bunch of different other pups like him. He and his bretheren lived in a small cave on the side of a mountain. One day, his family and hiself were going on a hike for food, but somehow Repede managed to get seperated from the group. He was lost for a while, but soon there were humans coming. He attempted to hide in the tall grass, but he was still spotted.
There was only one human, and, seeing the little guy all by himself and no other of his kind around, he pittied him. So the man took the dog into his house and treated him like a pet.
As the years went by, Repede became the kind of dog he is now. And no matter what kind of personality he had, his master still loved him for the world.
But one day, on the day of the Great War, the monsters somehow managed to break through the barriers of the city where Repede was, and burned everything and everyone to the ground - all except for Repede. Before his final moments on the planet, his master told him, "Go on. Do not worry about me. Find a new master and follow him. Wherever he may go."
And with that, the man died, burned away by the flames of his own home. Repede quickly escaped, though with some confrontation with some of the monsters. He managed to dispose of them, but not unharmed. Sadly, he lost his left eye in the fight.
When the fires stopped the next day, Repede went back to his master's house. Almost nothing was left - tables, curtains, clothes - all but his master's pipe. Repede took the pipe to remember his master. As he was about to leave, Repede noticed that a dagger was also still intact. He didn't like the way he fought those monsters of the other day - with his teeth and claws - so he also took the dagger to use as a weapon.
Repede now started to wander around the world, trying to find a new master. However, everyone thought he was a vicious monster, and they stayed away from him. Some even sent guards of the various cities after him. He soon found a hiding spot in the Imperial City, Zaphias. It was only a matter of time before a young man by the name of Yuri Lowell found him and took him in.
The rest, they say, is history.
One day, after their adventure, Repede awoke in Yuri's room to find that his master was not there. He went around the town to try and find him. To no avail, however. He soon found, though, a mysterious portal, similar to that of the kind he saw on his journey. He knew Yuri liked a challenge, and that he'd like to go on another adventure, and maybe - just maybe - he went in that portal to go to wherever it leads to. So, Repede went there as well.
