Moveset:
Though they're a gang, Arbok does most of the fighting of the three. When in a brawl, Arbok does the battling while the Ekans Brothers cheer him on in the back ground. They do step in for the final smash, however. In the RP, if forced to Pokémon battle, they know Bite, Poison Sting, and Wrap.
Standard Attack: Swallow/Spit Up- Arbok opens his mouth wide, and gobbles up enemies that come too close. If he can hold them down for 3 turns, he can steal 20% of their damage and additional 10% with each following turn. Struggling is the only way opposing players could get him to spit them up.
Upward Attack: Hoop- Arbok coils his body into a loop and then flings himself upward. Based on Ekans Hoop Hurl from Pokémon Stadium.
Downward Attack: Gunk Shot- Arbok launches a big, poisonous chunk of glop. If it hits the target directly, he or she is poisoned for 3 turns. If it misses or there is no target, the mess remains on the battle field for said amount of turns; opponents can slip and fall.
Side Attack: Glare- Arbok stares deep into his opponent's eyes and spreads out his hood to intimidate them. The stare paralyzes the opponent for 2 turns unless they are attacked before then.
Final Smash: Triple Finish- The twin Ekans finally make themselves useful and team up with their leader to deliver the final blow. The Ekans brothers first unleash two Poison stings which stun the opponent. With the target frozen, Arbok KO's them with his Poison Tail. The whole attack depends on the Poison Stings, the attack fails if they miss.
Weaknesses:
The trio are all terribly weakened by Ground and Psychic type attacks. They also have bad attitudes and are difficult to get along with. Arbok is somewhat egotistical and can be very rude. The Ekans Brothers are scatterbrained and not too bright.
Personalities:
Arbok is a cool, collected Pokémon with lots of charisma. He has a big head and toadies who stroke his already big ego. He's also very snappy and can be stubborn, likes things done right, quick, and his way. He's the jealous type, vengeful, and very territorial. He can be very mean and disrespectful to weaker Pokémon and pick fights with those who are bigger. But Arbok has a softer side to him that he shows around those he cares about (such as Wigglytuff). He can be very shy and introverted around the little, cute Pokémon that he fancies. He can be very sensitive and also skeptical. He enjoys giving and receiving thoughtful gifts. Arbok is also a very hard worker and persistent. Once he sets a goal, he always gives all he has to achieve it.
The Ekans brothers, on the other hand, can be thought of the the stereotypical henchmen type. The two aren't very smart and only take orders from their leader (in this case Arbok). They always agree with him without question and do what he does. They are very loyal and submissive. Their devotion to Arbok might be not only be due to his character, but also because they see him as an older brother figure. The twins look up to their leader and go to him when they need his help. The feelings are mutual and, though he might call them a few names, Arbok tries to assist them the best way he can. The two are also very silly and don't seem to take anything too seriously. When Arbok is down about something, they're always there laughing and trying to cheer him up.

(Drawn from the Pokémon Pipipi manga I bought the other day.. The whole thing's in Japanese so I'm just taking educated guesses about what goes on :"D I'll update the history when I get the chance to translate the manga..! :S)
The trio have known each other for many years, and share an unbreakable trust often found among brothers. They met outside of Cerulean City, when the three were all Ekans. The older, stronger one (young Arbok) had saved the tiny twin Ekans from a Sandshrew that was resistant to all their attacks. However, young Arbok had defeated the Sandshrew with an attack the other Ekans had never seen before, Poison Tail. Very impressed, they followed him and did so ever since.
Going about their days picking on tiny Pokémon, Arbok and the brothers were very happy. One day, while the twins were picking on a Clefairy, they were finally confronted for their ways by a Pikachu and its friend, Hazel. The Ekans Brothers were scared off by her loud yell, but later returned with Arbok. The three battled against Pikachu and Clefairy but were quickly defeated by Clefairy's Metronome attack.
The group later met again, at Wigglytuff and Jigglypuff's Christmas Party. When a Secret Santa was held, Arbok was given a ring from Wigglytuff while he only gave her roses. This gave him the impression that she had feelings for him, sparking his ardor for her. The Ekans, on the other hand, who had drawn Jigglypuff, received a book.. While they gave Jigglypuff the skin they had shed that week..
With his love sickness growing worse, the other Pokémon caught on and offered to help him confess his love. When he rejects the other Pokémons' silly confession ideas, Hazel and her "rival" Coconut suggest he visit the fortune-teller Jynx..however the visit proves to be a waste of time and effort.
The gang visits Jigglypuff's cottage and asks her what kind of things does Wigglytuff like. She replies saying that her sister enjoys jewels, fine art, piano, and roses. With that information, Hazel suggests Arbok bake her a cake...
However, Arbok has a better idea, suggesting that he could make her a statue made of roses. Hazel and Coconut's crush, Almond, and his Pokémon agree to help out two and builds the wire skeleton for Arbok. Hazel, Coconut, and their Pokémon plant the roses. Moved by their dedication and kindness to him, Arbok vows to be a true friend to them from now on.
After days of toiling, Arbok finally finishes his sculpture of Wigglytuff, placing his trademark rose for the one Wigglytuff wears on her ear. When it is presented to her, she is charmed by the statue's cuteness. He's nudged on by the others to confess. He presents his tail, which is holding the ring she gave him for the Secret Santa showing that he treasures it deeply. She takes his tail in her tiny arms, caressing it while she agrees to be his girlfriend.
