He uses different kinds of Nintendo accessories for his attacks, but also normal punches and kicks. He's got pretty average speed, strength, recovery, etc.
Special Moves: (Mandatory)
Standard Attack - NES Zapper
He pulls forth his trusty old NES Zapper, points it at his enemies, and fires. A gun with a heavy knockback when it hits, even though it's shots travel kinda slow. It has two charge levels, each one making the shot go faster. (Raises the hit dice with one)
Dice: 6/7/8 VS. 6
Upward Attack - Wii Balance Board (R)
He places a Wii Balance Board beneath himself, steps onto it, and fires himself away from the location. If he hits an opponent he will cause damage, and he can also choose in what direction he wants to travel by holding down the "control stick". It's a Recovery Move nonetheless.
Dice: 6 VS. 6
Downward Attack - Wii Remote
Even though a big fan of the Wii, he admits that being wireless makes the Wiimote a great candidate for a throwing weapon in the Super Smash Bros. series. He pulls forth a Wii Remote from somewhere, and can now throw it at an opponent.
Dice: 6 VS. 6
Side Attack - Nintendo Power Glove
David unleashes the powers of the Nintendo Power Glove, which actually have two different effects.
A) David pushes an enemy away from him by unleashing the attack with an open palm, which is a good-knockback/no-damage attack. (Keeping the control stick of the controller held down while the attack is unleashed).
Dice: 6 VS. 6
B) He sends a Power Shock towards the opponent by simply pointing his hand at the opponent, which is an attack with good damage but no knockback. (Simply unleashing the attack, without keeping the control-stick held meanwhile.)
Dice: 6 VS. 6
Smash Attacks:
Upward Smash - Gamecube Control
David pulls forth a Gamecube Controller, and slings it above him to strike an opponent.
Downward Smash - 64 Swipe
David pulls forth the Nintendo 64 controller, which with its trident shape makes a good striking tool. He sends this flying towards the ground, in an attempt to hit an enemy, and then spins it around him to attack one or more.
Side Smash - Nun-Chuck Whip
He pulls forth the Wii Nun-Chuck, and whips it forward.
Grabs - NES Controller
He catches an opponent by swinging a NES controller towards and around them. He can then strike or send his opponent flying.
Taunts: (Optional)
Upward Taunt - Stance
Watching his opponent, he rises his power-glove clad hand and watches as a Power Shock sparks between his fingers.
Downward Taunt - Waiting
Pulls forth a GBA and start playing. After a while he puts it back in his pocket.
Side Taunt - Taunting
He pulls forth a "Gamers' Magazine" and loudly reads an embarrassing fact about his opponent.
Final Smash - Game Guides
David pulls forth every game's nightmare: The Game Guide. He looks through his collection for a way to beat each of the characters he is currently facing. He then makes a general attack move on the entire battlefield, which is then rolled with an 8-sided die for each character. Every character who is hit will receive three points of damage, but without any real kind of knockback or hindering except that.
Weaknesses:
Mental:
He is a Nintendo Geek, and thus has a huge love for everything that is Nintendo. He'll probably be dumbstruck with awe at seeing his childhood heroes alive in the flesh in front of him, and thus unable to act "function" normally, sorta' like most Fangirls do when seeing their most beautiful pop-boy idol.
Also, he's a nerd-stereotypically unsocial creature, and thus generally don't have a good hand with people. This would worsen even more here in This World, since he's already all "Fanboy" with several of the game characters.
Physical:
Since not actually being a Smasher, his physical strengths ain't as good as those of the smashers. Sure, he's both quick and agile, but only to the degree of an average human. And with strength he ain't even that.
Personality:
If I were to describe David with one word, I would probably say "geek". He has knowledge about everything that is Nintendo, all from the company's birth as a Card Game company to the long list of names Mario have around the world. As such he tends to be a bit of a know-it-all to his friends, even though he don't really have the need for it in This World.
Also, to call him outgoing would be to lie! He never introduces himself to strangers without having a reason for it, and usually don't talk to those he know without a reason for it either. It's not that he doesn't like their company, and neither is he unsure of himself (quite the opposite actually), he just doesn't feel to usual necessity for it.
Moving along, he's an archetype whiz-kid, showing great knowledge in not only computers and electronics (with slight help he actually created his own adaptable Power Glove), but he's also a fairly good tailor, having sewn his own cosplaying costumes for a couple of years now. Besides that he has a to many earthlings intimidating intellect, showing a generally above-average knowledge-span in most technology- and/or logic-based fields.
He has a narrative streak, and usually acts as a speaker voice in a lot of situations. If he was losing a battle and at the mercy of his opponent, he would probably start going on about how the hero was pinned down by the enemy, with fear trembles down his spine etc.

As you see, David is a bit on the leaner side, and stands about the same height as Mario. He's got messy brown hair, piercing blue eyes, and can be seen dressed in a Captain N costume, actually heading for a Gaming Convention when he was "captured". On his feet he have black tennis shoes, and even though already having the Captain N belt holding up his pants, he also have a grey leather belt with a NES Controller shaped Belt Buckle which he straps his gun holster to.
History:
David Deilen is the love child of a Nintendo Fanboy and a Sega Fangirl, and thus was introduced to video games almost at birth. From young age he got introduced to the wonders that is Nintendo and Sega, and thus has gotten to play through the generations all from the beginning. Even though loving both of the systems, he was always a bigger fan of Mario and the Nintendo franchise, and also the childhood cartoon hero Captain N.
He grew up, grew older, and by time was introduced to many of the wonders that is Nitendo and Sega. When Sega fell after the Dreamcast, both he and her mother was of course in mourning for the fallen company. They slowly got past it, but the wonder that is Sega would always have a resting place in their hearts.
Several years later, David is now in his early teens and his parents took him to his first convention. He loved the experience, the geeks, the gamers, but most of all, the cosplayers. He found it a role model to dress however they wanted amongst their peers at the convention, and asked his parents about it. They, however, didn't have any knowledge of the strangeness that is Cosplaying, and thus had to get another source: The internet.
He found good places to get material for the clothes, he studied how to sew and make them, and so on. And after several weeks he was finished with his first: A Super Mario costume. Not that good in quality, but it was still appreciated by the rest of the guests of the convention he and his parents go to some weeks later.
At the age of 17, David was on his way to his first convention by himself. It was not that he wanted to go alone, but his parents didn't have time that weekend. All in all, he had no choice but to leave alone if he wanted to be there at all. This time, he had a new outfit to show people: an almost exact replica of the clothes Captain N used in the cartoon with the same name. On his way he was distracted though, and wandered into a strange Video Game shop. And as far as he knows, he didn't get out of it either.
Inside he simply browsed the shelves, not really out to buy anything. He stepped by a television set showing trailers for upcoming video-games, and was hooked there watching the videos until they just started re-running. However, as he was about to leave, he noticed something strange with the films: the Main Characters seemed to be watching him. And as the trailer for the newly released Super Smash Bros. game was on, the scene with Tabuu had changed entirely. Where he would usually be shown fighting one of the smashers, instead he was seen fighting all of the smashers at once. Since he'd been watching the cinematics for some time now it wasn't anything the teenager weren't expecting, but it still freaked him out though. What he hadn't anticipated however was the scream of agony that suddenly was heard in the distance. Without any forewarning, the television set was engulfed in bolts of lightning, which soon reached out for David. The boy was to shocked to resist, or even evade, and was quickly dragged into the screen. When he woke up again, the store was gone, but he was in a place he knew really well by now: Final Destination, home arena of the Hands.
Anything else?
Favourite Nintendo Characters:
His favourites are probably the gaming-worlds anti-heroes. Their mean-spirited and brooding nature is what he believes makes them so... likeable... but anyhow, his top three are, without hesitation (and in no specific order):
Wario (Mario Franchise);
Shadow (Sonic Franchise);
Bass (Mega Man Franchise);
Etc.
