Moveset:
Standard Attack - Wii Zapper: Isaac pulls out a Wii Zapper and uses it to shoot a lazer at the enemy.
Upward Attack - Rocket Launcher: Isaac shoots the rocket launcher downward and the significant power of the blast shoots him upward.
Downward Attack - Flash Grenade: Isaac pulls out a flash grenade which works kind of like he smoke ball, only doesn't stick to the opponent, and only creates a quick burst of light for the opponent.
Side Attack - Ice Cream Truck: Isaac Drives an ice cream truck over an enemy out of nowhere. Works just like Wario's bike.
Final Smash:
Minigun - Isaac pulls his Minigun out from off his back and he shoots it at the enemy. It fires off lazer bullets and has unlimited solar ammo! Lasts for 2 turns.
Weaknesses:
Easy to get him on a tangeant, easily angered, usually more offensive than defensive, can fight without his weapons, but really does better with his weapons. Most of his specials can also be easily avoided, as there are alot of things that can be either jumped over, or run away from, before doing any damage.
Personality:
He's a very straight forward man. He will say whatever is on his mind. He's also a bit rough around the edges, making him hard to talk to at times. He wants to live the good life, talking about going to Vegas and having a good time and such. He enjoys guns generally, several different models and such. He's also a bit spastic at times, when something happens that creeps him out, he lets everyone know with that very loud mouth of his. He finds it hard to keep his trap shut in most situations. He's a bit loving of his father, and wants to do what it takes to make him proud.

History: (Editted from Wikipedia)
Set in 1991 before the events of House of the Dead, AMS Special Agent G is given his first assignment and sent to a small town in Louisiana to investigate a series of disappearances and hunt down a deranged crime lord, Papa Caesar. Due to the presence of mutants, G is forced to team up with Detective Isaac Washington who is out to get revenge on Caesar for apparently killing his father. The pair first storm a house out in the woods. Upon entering the basement, they find Caesar has fled, and the disabled scientist Jasper Guns, whom Caesar used, is horrifically mutated from injecting himself with an unknown substance. Upon defeating Jasper, G and Isaac meet Varla Guns, Jasper’s sister who vows revenge on Caesar.
G and Isaac track Caesar to a hospital that is swarming with mutants. After killing the mutants, the hospital is set to explode. G and Isaac escape with Varla on a motorbike. They stop at a mutant infested carnival. Caesar escapes on a train with G and Isaac giving chase while Varla is left behind. The train then crashes in a swamp where Caesar drives off with Varla before throwing a tape to Isaac.
G and Isaac track Caesar to a high security prison. Before they enter, they run into the strange warden, Clement Darling, who noticed Caesar and Varla arrive but knows nothing about the mutants. As G and Isaac shoot their way through the prison they finally reach the electric chair theater where Varla and Caesar are strapped into the chairs. Clement then appears and reveals that he was behind the mutant outbreak and that Caesar was just an accomplice, although this last one is still responsible for Isaac’s father’s death, Clement executes Caesar, robbing Isaac of his revenge. Clement explains that his experiments were to save his dying mother, and he plans to put her brain in Varla’s body. Clement then descends on a giant elevator and leaves G and Isaac to fend off an enhanced convict, Brutus.
In the final episode, G and Isaac shoot their way through Clement’s underground lab before reaching his center of operations. Varla’s brain has been taken out, kept alive in a jar, while Clement’s mother’s brain has been transplanted into Varla's body. At first it seems the experiment was a success, then Varla’s body begins to vomit and she falls into Clement’s equipment, mutating her into a giant monster. G and Isaac draw their guns, but then the screen cuts to a missing reel screen for a few moments. G and Isaac are outside claiming victory over Clement and the giant monster, thanking the use of miniguns they found nearby. However, the monster returns and the pair battle her again. G and Issac are picked up by a helicopter along with Varla’s still active brain in a jar, and as the compound explodes they realize the helicopter is being piloted by a mutant.
Agent G and Isaac throw the pilot off the helicopter and drive it themselves to a better location. They re-play Papa Caesar's tape, revealing to Isaac that his father is still alive. Isaac then finally gets to Vegas like he's always wanted to, and drinks himself to a point far past sobriety...and passes out...waking up to find This World.
