Erm...The Master Hand may have placed it around the edge of Smash City when it was moved/copied from Paprica.

You can see it in that vid, but I'm afraid the only pictures I've seen of it involve most of it being covered up by half-naked drawings of Prier and Allouette. The church can be seen about two and a half minutes in...
History:
This is the church where Prier, Culotte, Alouette, and Father Salade all live. It was their base of action during most of La Pucelle, and it's seen it's fair share of battles and giant monsters. Thankfully most of the battles were far from it, so little damage can be seen. Other than that there is little to say- It's a church, and sometimes the members of La Pucelle train in front of it. It was made by Father Salade 50 years ago.
Salade was originally just a young boy whom the first Maiden of Light rescued just before her final battle against the Prince of Darkness, and he overheard everything that happened in that fight, how the Maiden used all her power to seal the Prince and her own memories away, then seal them both in ice for years to come.
That young boy found the goddess that day, and he started a small church in Paprica in thanks to the Holy Maiden, but like the maiden this church didn't simply pray to the goddess for help. No, this church developed the La Pucelle, an elite demonslaying group of divine warriors, and Salade was by far the strongest of them.
He returned to the Cave of Ordeals (just outside of which the Maiden and Prince were sealed for nearly fifty years) after several years, and defeated the Prince's personal demonic servants all on his own to train his body and power, both of which rivaled that of the Maiden, though he couldn't pull of miracles as strong as hers even in his dreams.
Now the cave is sealed as well, and he simply leads the La Pucelle, but if he ever is brought into the fray, he's got fifty years of hard training and devotion to the goddess to rain holy fury upon the nonbelievers.

None that I know of, but Salade can almost always be found here.
Anything Else:
The Church of the Holy Maiden is a penance church, and most of the money it gets from donations goes to a nearby orphanage, which Salade's wife runs, and happens to be the place Prier and Culotte lived until they joined the church. Please refrain from damaging during your battle.
