Name:
Peter Puppy
Game of Origin:
Earthworm Jim 1
Nicknames:
Fuzz-Buddy
Age:
17
Species:
dog
Gender:
Male
Alignment:
Good,
Type:
Lightweight = normal Peter
Heavyweight = Monster Peter
Residence:
Terlawk, Texas
Occupation:
sidekick
Moveset:
Peter, not only cooks, cleans, licks stamps, and eat huge pile of reeking garbage, but he can also turn into a blood-thirsty monster when he's hurt, scared, or angry.
Speaking of cooking, he can cook anything, even fancy food you find rich people eating. As a matter of fact, you wonder where Peter gets all the things he needs to cook that stuff.
It's better not to ask.
Weaknesses:
Peter gets scared easily, which is a HUGE problem for everyone nearby. Peter does try to calm himself by residing a modified litany against fear, From Frank Herbert's Dune series, but it sometimes doesn't help.
But he's mostly afraid of germs when on a cleaning spree.
Oh and of course...Haggis! He's afraid of that stuff, and anyone giving it to him. But sometimes he can't recognize it until it's too late.
Personality: (from wikipedia)
Peter is quite timid in nature and has a hard time controlling his transformations. He can often be heard chanting to himself "I must not fear, fear is the mind killer, fear is the little death that brings total oblivion" (a modified litany against fear, From Frank Herbert's Dune series). Despite his cowardice, Peter is always willing to accompany Jim on his adventures, acting as Jim's consultant when Jim goes astray, as well as providing Jim's moral support. Whilst Peter does have a kind of hero worship for Jim, he does often point out certain inconsistencies of Jim's, like when Jim called Peter a kettledrum, which Peter takes as an insult on his weight; or Jim's ability to use aromatherapy despite having no nose. This invariably makes Jim say "Don't question me" in a threatening tone of voice.
Peter is very artistic and has dabbled in many different forms of expression such as interpretive dance, gourmet cooking, and play acting. He is also fond of professional wrestling, licking stamps for the taste of their glue, and playing in garbage. Peter enjoyed eating haggis until discovering its ingredients and method of preparation. As a result, his greatest fear is a Scottish chef and he now cannot eat haggis without getting sick, though he has been tricked into eating it on numerous occasions.
Likes:
cook, clean, garbage, licking stamps
Dislikes:
HAGGIS!!! (you know, the heart, lungs, and liver of a sheep boiled in its own stomach)
Appearance:
History:
Peter Puppy started life as an ordinary earth dog. Peter was afraid of everything and failed to get any respect from the other neighborhood dogs. In an attempt to look cool to his canine bretheren, Peter tried to chase and annoy a dog's worst enemy: The vacuum cleaner.
Little did Peter know that vacuum cleaners are, in fact, canine-specific transdimentional portals. Once Peter threatened the appliance, he was sucked through a rift in space and time, winding up on planet Heck. Evil the Cat (who loves to torture little puppies) posessed Peter with a demon sprit that gave him human intellegence, articulate limbs and a cool shirt, however from this point on, whenever he would get hurt or frightened, Peter would turn into a hideous monster. Evil then sent Peter back to Earth to serve out the rest of his life as a freakish pariah.
Needless to say, Peter Puppy wasn't very proud of his lot in life anymore. He tried several odd jobs, including a brief stint as a poet in a coffee shop, before meeting Jim. At the time they met, Jim was just starting his superhero career and was impressed by Peter's monster form. Peter suggested that in order to help his superhero status, he should join the Galactic Superheroes league. Jim joined up with the league and got access to all their cool crime fighting equipment. From that point on Jim knew he had a sidekick and an inseperable chum.
