Name of Location:
Star Power City
Game of Origin:
OC Guitar Hero location
Nintendo Appearance:
Guitar Hero has appeared on Wii first with Guitar Hero 3.
Neighboring Locations:
It's an Island, though it's close to the east side of the main continent.
Bestiary:
Nothing much, the only residence here are rockers and sometimes demons...which generally rock.
Appearence:
An average BIG city. It has lights going on at all times, generally alot of flash. There are stadiums for rock concerts all over the place, and there's also alot of tourism sites and food places. Also, hotels and such are scattered all over the city. 'Famous People' supposedly visited these hotels, and because of this they aren't that gentle on the Smash Coins...
Rock n' Hall - A large city hall that includes an immense stage. Alot of performers come here to rock out. The stage here has a very aristocratic design to it, with pillers made of full marble, the floors carpeted with fine rugs, and pure red silk curtains.
McDominic's - A fast food place. Here they serve average, quick, take out food involving burgers, fries, and nuggets. Nothing better than a small bite to eat here to rid you of your hunger.
Red Dragon Hotel - A hotel with a large animatronic Dragon perched on the top. This hotel is one of THE most comfortable places in all of This World. The only catch? You better be loaded. Famous celebrities back from where Star Power City originally came from slept here such as the bands Metallica and Aerosmith! They can't just have you get in for free now can they...
Lou's Inferno - Lou's Inferno, where all the demons congregate. Lou is the head of his own record company, and pretty much the devil. He has a large animatronic of the "Hell Beast" is pounding his hammer in the background. Of course, seen here is Lou, and on visiting he most likely will have you Rock N' Roll for your soul. Which he'll pretty much have you forcibly sign a contract with him, and keep you in his Underdome, playing songs until you manage to beat him in a Guitar Battle. Also here, is Lou's right hand man the "Grim Ripper".
Hotel Alamoñe - A very festive Hotel. Decorations including Sombreros, rugs, and marracas. Music is usually playing here, though it's more calming music than the rest of Star Power City.
Jail - Where criminals of the city are kept. Though, often musical bands are asked to come and perform for the inmates.
Tiki Paradise - A beutiful place where you can relax and lay back. There's a seashore here, a beach, some small huts to stay in, and beutiful scenery everywhere. During the nightfall, bands come to show their skills off to the people. It's a good place to get a contract.
History: (Note: History taken from Guitar Hero 3 pretty much, not too much history on the other games)
A new emerging band called "The Guitar Heroes" start out as a neighborhood sensation, before hooking up with a record producer named Lou at one of their shows. After a successful music video hits the web, the band travels to the jail (despite Lou encouraging them to 'sell out'), which ends up boosting the band's popularity. As a result, they are invited to headline the Desert Rock Tour festival. After a botched performance inJapan a location during the tour (thanks to Lou) they attempt to break free of their contract with Lou, who then reveals himself to be the Devil and the contract as ownership of their souls. The band is dragged down to Lou's "Inferno", where the final showdown comes. In this final showdown, the band defeats Lou in a rock battle and earns back the band's souls, and the title of "Rock Legend".
(Also note: I gave the band the name "Guitar Heroes" even though it was something where you had to 'make' your own name. Also, the singer, drummer, and base player don't have actual names, it's up to their respective players to decide what they'll be called.)
Events:
- Demons may mess with you while you're there.
- Quite a noisy location, alot of music.
- Animatronics are able to be stood on, though your weight may cause them to crash.
- The Animatronics also may have pyrotechnics, don't get scorched!
Anything Else:
(note: Aerosmith, Metallica, and other famous musicians are only referances to their respective appearances in Guitar Hero. It would be awkward seeing them played, even though they ARE technically in the Guitar Hero World. Their names are just mentioned, and they will not be appearing in the RP....of course, if Steve Tyler HIMSELF were to drop by, we may make an acception. Though I don't believe he's an RPer XD;.)
