Anyone who's ever played or watched the game in question knows that Captain Novolin is pretty much useless in any given situation. Aside from grinning and flexing, there's not really much to speak of. I guess maybe he's kind of fast, since he spends a lot of time on his treadmill?
He apparently is also telepathic, since he always seems to know the names of random people he encounters that never introduce themselves.
