The home of Dr. Wily, source of his robot armies, and general eyesore. This all describes Wily's Skull Castle, and even though Mega Man's destroyed it enough times to breach the line of ridiculous, he KEEPS rebuilding it. This time, he's brought back some VERY old playmates of the Blue Bomber...
Lesse how the Smasher's handle it, shall we?
Events:
Battle starts on a cliff, overlooking the castle. This location is similar to Final Destination, except that the castle is firing weapons at the combatants, large target reticles appearing where the shots will land. After about a minute of this (10 turns), the combatants will be whisked away to Guardian 1... the Yellow Devil's chamber. There is one main platform, with three smaller platforms above it, a standard formation, but in the backround, the room's occupant watches the battle, sometimes turning into blocks and flying towards the combatants in random patterns, only to reform in the background again. After three (of the DEVIL'S) turns, the combatants are against whisked away to Guardian 2, the Mecha Dragon. This chamber is made up of many small platforms, that the dragon destroys as time goes on, only to have them be repaired. Again, the Guardian is in the background, and again, after three turns, the fighters are sent to Guardian 3. This chamber houses the Octopus Furnace, which sits in the background, behaving much like the Combo Cannon of the Halberd, except it uses a flamethrower instead of a MASSIVE DEATH LASER... and it shoots bombs onto the stage that can be picked up and thrown. If they don't go off immediately. Another three turns later, and everyone is sent to the final Chamber, number four, where Dr. Wily himself waits. The chamber is much like the starting point, a flat terrain with no sign of the doctor or his Wily Machine. After one turn, Wiley arrives, laughing maniacally. He then will use one of three attacks... First, he'll send a wheel rolling along the ground, which will stop at the edge of the stage, then come back. Second, he may simply fly across the upper area of the stage, dropping bombs. And finally, he'll hover at one side of the stage or the other, and fire a VERY large laser that can be ducked under, or double jumped over. After 5 turns in this hellish room, everyone is sent back to the beginning, and it all starts over.
