Since his victory in Chicken Land, Billy been having a few dreams where he mets up with otherSega characters, like NiGHTS, Sonic, Amigo and etc...these dreams were competitions, like in an air-gear race, or a tennis match. These people, (most of them) he met in Mourning Land where he hatch alternate dimension-counter parts from eggs. He got along with most of them.
Rolly Roll: Out of all the friends Billy has, she's the most closest. They've been together as longas they can remember. They're you're typical, 'Friends who grew up together, and start developing feelings'. This ussually got some teasting back at home, with the 'Billy and Roll, sitting in a tree' chants from other kids, thus Billy tends to get nervous and tries to run off when things go to deep, and Rolly tends t made a teasing joke on Billy.
Though, when they got transported to Mourning Land, they're realation began to develope, since they weren't peerpreasure by other kids (Chick and Bantam were there, but they didn't interfere). Thus Rolly always gave suppourt to Billy in romantic ways than her platonic cheers back home, and they both even had adventures together, like the time they rode of a Cipher over the ocean under the moon.
Since returning home, Billy and Rolly learn to ignore others as they continue their relation.

Billy Hatcher has two specail moveset, and it all depends if he has an egg or not. Without the egg, he's moves are;
Standard Attack - "IKE!": Billy Hatcher commands the partner he hatch from the egg to do their signature attack. If he has no partner, nothing happens.
Upward Attack - Wings: (As seen in the picture) One of the egg items Billy gets in Mourning Land can be summound at will in This World, whenever he needs an extra jump. The wings start flapping givin Billy the etra edge he needs for a limit time.
Downward Attack - Egg: Like Olimar calling for his Pikmin, Billy calls for a egg that appears, this send him to his second moveset till the egg either gets destroyed,, Billy lets go of the egg or hatches it. The color of egg depends on the creature

If 2: Clippen (Blue)
If 3: Recky (Yellow)
If 4: Peliwan (Green)
If 5: Richie (Purple)
Side Attack - Catch: Like when Billy fought Dark Raven at the final battle, Billy can catch projectiles attacks and knock them back. Billy can only do these with round large object, like cannonballs and balls of energy. He also goes to Egg-mode when he caught something.

With the egg, Billy rolls it around for 2 turns as it gets bigger, and the egg has 5 HP till it fully breaks. When the 2 turns are over, Billy can hatch the egg. Other round objects like snowballs and energy balls can be sub for an egg, but can't be hatch
Standard Attack - Egg Shot: Billy gives the egg a kick, causing it to roll on the ground to a selected foe or target, and then comes back to Billy like a yo-yo
(R) Upward Attack - Egg Bounce: Holding onto the egg tight, Billy jumps intop the air, bouncing. This doesn't harm the egg though, unless Billy falls into spikes, lava or anything else dangerous.
Downward Attack - Rooster Call: When the egg is big and full, Billy does the Rooster Call, that causes the egg to hatch into a random animal friend, depending on the egg's color.
Side Attack - Egg Dash: Billy once again holds the egg tight as he charges forward, running opponents and things with he egg.
Final Smash:
Using the Emblem of Courage the goddess gave him in the final battle, Billy's suit goes set aflame, and Billy get's more powerful and stronger, he's eggs will also be fiery like he had the 'Fire Comb'. He also has either 1: Super Clippen, or 2: Super Recky, both super versions of an egg-partner with rainbowish colors, and more powerful attacks.
Weaknesses:
Billy can only have powers is when he's using an egg or have a sidekic, and he can only get them when he wears the suit. If he doesn't have the suit, he's pretty vulnerable.
He doesn't think things straight to much, like he'll still go into battle even without his chicken suit or an egg. Weither this is foolishness or bravery, it depends. He also cares for the egg creatures that hatch, that seems to follow him like a big brother figure, which makes Billy protective and careful when he sends them into a job, even though they are very durable and strong
Personality:
Billy is an inquisitive boy with courage bestowed by the Chicken Lords. Even when he doesn't have a suit or an egg, he'll never back of from a fight when there are people who depends on him. He loves the thrill of adventure, and seeing new things, he even perfers being in an other world and having superhero-like adventures better then a normal life. He cares for his friends, and any creature, and he dislikes bullies and those who want to cause harm, which is why the Chicken Goddess choose him.

Cipher, his specialty is fire attacks, can fly and he's weak against water. He can be use to lit up torches and setting things aflame
Clippen is the penguin with Billy, as Recky is the monkey with Rolly Roll. Clippen can make bubbles of water as he soars to a foe, making a huge splash, and put off fires. Recky flies off and makes lightning bolts that he can power up objects.

Richie is a spiney-seal that can slide across the stage and make a wall of ice follow him. They were used by Billy in Fossil Mountaint to cool off dino-skulls from making lava flow.
History:
Late again, that was in Billy's mind as he raced out his house into the forest. He and his friends planned to met each other to hang out, but Billy slept in. When he got there in time, the rest of the gang were going to teach Billy a lesson for making them wait, till an injured chick appeared. Before they can aid the poor bird, two crows was about to finish it off. Billy grabbed a stick, and beated the evil birds. The birds flew away, and the chick was safe...and then it soundenly glowed. The next thing Billy knew, he saw a chicken cock-a-doodling, and he found himself in a forest at night, when it was just a clear day.
It was the goddess of Mourning Land who brought Billy to this world, she guides the boy to the legendary egg that keeps the rooster suit, an outfit that will grant him mystical powers to control and use the eggs. Forest Village was the area Billy first saved, where he saved the first Chicken Elder from the golden egg, and defeated Era Gecko. From there, Billy continue on his adventure, saving the five other Chicken Lords, brining day to each region, and even saving his friends as they help him get more Emblems of Courage and save the world. With all six Chicken Lord revived, and day on Mourning Land, there's one last place Billy needs to go, as he goes to the flying temple, to stop the evil Crows leader, Dark Raven. An evil demonic bird who plans on having Mourning Land, and all worlds trap in darkness, and he plans on using the Giant Egg to help. Billy failed to stop Dark Raven from using the egg, as he becomes a fiery crow, and managed to steal Billy's suit! But with help from the goddess agin, Billy got a new and powerful suit as he defeated Dark Raven, once and for all! An with day returning to the whole world, Billy and his friends wave good bye to their chicken firends. Though Rolly, Bantem and Chick were happy going home, Billy sighed when he knew his adventuring days were coming to an end...
