Bestiary:
Topis and Polar Bears mostly, considering the nearby area. Otherwise its just full of normal city-people.
Appearence:
Imagine just a regular big city... you know, skyscrapers and all that. Then imagine a huge, and I mean like "small city"-huge, hangar-like building in the center. This is the remains of the old Blue Moon Division HQ, before it was razed by the Black Hole forces during the Subspace Wars. It has since been rebuilt and turned into what is basically the City Square, even though indoors. This part of the town basically looks like a regular town, even though some of the skyscrapers (those close to the gigantic fluorescent lamps in the ceiling) reach all the way up to the roof above, and the walls are just covered in different kinds of buildings. The roof is basically a huge web of windows in a checked pattern, even though the parts where skyscrapers reach all the way to the roof are normal walkable floor.
The building in the center of the indoors town square, Luna Tower, have floors the size of avarage villages, and they all have different patterns of rooms of varying sizes. Some floors also have shops and such, and it keeps on like this all the way up to the top floor, which actually is on the outside of the entire building. Up here is the city's big Float Port, and the view from up there is amazing!
History:
The area of Blue Moon City began as nothing but spare landscape around the site for the former Blue Moon Division HQ. More and more buildings and homes was built around the HQ after time, and soon a town had evolved. During the Subspace Wars, the army of the Black Hole Division destroyed the HQ, and the town with it, and the inhabitants had to escape their evil clutches. After the war they returned to the town, in an effort to rebuild. Blue Moon Division moved their HQ to a now secret location amongst the Icicle Mountains, but in its place was built Blue Moon City, with the former Blue Moon HQ being rebuilt into the new city's town square. When the Floatport was built the city flourished even more, and Blue Moon City is now one of the greatest, if not the greatest city amongst the snowy peaks in the east.
Events:
Well, none really. However, you should look out for passing cars and such. They will probably break for you if they manage to see you before the crash, but you should still be careful.
And yes, this is a new NPC City once its approved.
Anything Else:
Like all big cities in This World, Blue Moon City has a Floatport and a Smash Inn to assist the Smashers.
