It’s a peaceful place, no monsters.
Appearence:
A very tranquil academy with lotus flowers and cherry blossom trees everywhere. There’s a Warrior’s Shrine near the far end. There’s a hall of statues in the Warrior’s Shrine that has a statue of all of Earthrealm’s greatest warriors, including Prince Goro.
History:
This academy has been around for a very long time, and was created by Raiden, God of Thunder. Only Earthrealm’s finest warriors may train here, usually those who have been sent by master Bo’ Rai Cho. During the first Mortal Kombat, Liu Kang had faced Sub-Zero here and won. Sub-Zero lived to fight another day though. During a later Mortal Kombat tournament, Ermac engaged in Mortal Kombat with Kung Lao, but lay defeated. Liu Kang, the current Champion of Mortal Kombat, was meditating one day, but was attacked by both Quan Chi and Shang Tsung, the Deadly Alliance. He was no match against the tag team of evil sorcerers, and was unfortunately killed by them that day. Raiden trained many warriors after that in order to make up for the loss of Liu Kang, and even went after the Deadly Alliance himself against the will of the Elder Gods.
