Shao Kahn’s Residence and love. He calls for many of the finalists of the Mortal Kombat challenges, and has them battle here before his very eyes. The man is a ruthless leader, and loves nothing more than to see battles ensue. In the Balcony area, there is a creature that Shao Kahn keeps around. This creature is a Centaruian, one of the only living ones since Shao Kahn wiped nearly them all out. This Centaurion is called Motaro. When Liu Kang reached this place he was bombarded by many opponents. He was first attacked by Kintarao, which he mistook for Goro at first. After Kintaro had fallen, he was attackedby Shang Tsung, which nearly defeated him. Upon defeating Shang Tsung, he expected to be attacked by Shao Kahn, but instead was attacked by Motaro. Liu Kang never saw a creature such as this, and grew weary, though managed to defeat it. Liu Kang would not originally have had the strength to take on Shao Kahn, but he was aided by Kitana, Kung Lao, Johnny Cage, and Sonya Blade, and together they all took Shao Kahn down triumphantly.
