Special Moveset:
Being a doctor, Franz attacks using his medical equipment (which are also things the player finds lying around the orphanage). He is an average player but has good evasion and technical skills. When he's brawling he wears a surgical mask even though he's not in surgery, and during his Final Smash he quickly swaps to his iron mask (as seen above).
Standard Attack- SURGICAL SCISSORS: Franz takes a snip at you with his scissors. It beats paper but succumbs to rock.
Upward Attack - HAND AX: Franz carelessly tosses an ax upward, and then jumps high to catch it again in midair. It is based on Ike's Aether, but he doesn't plunge downward after.
Downward Attack - SURGICAL SAW: Franz takes out a saw and slashes it horizontally downward. When in the air, performing this move causes him to fall hard.
Side Attack - SYRINGE: Franz rushes forward and grabs onto another player. When he or she is in his grasp, he injects them with a mysterious serum. Determined by a 6 sided die, the fluid could poison them which saps energy each turn (1,5,), heal them (2,6), or deal damage (3,4).
Final Smash: Epicari-Franz loses his sanity and swings at his foes with his ax like a madman. The Smash Ball makes him quicker and allows him to jump higher.
Weaknesses:
To sum it up Franz is a normal, able-bodied man (not too strong, not too weak) but has been infected with the Epicari virus. It causes him to act very strangely (wearing glasses even though he has perfect eyesight), harm himself, and lose pieces of his memory. The virus also causes one to become more violent and aggravated, especially towards one's personal issues. In this case, Franz can't stand the way he looks and must always wear something to hide his face.
Personality:
Plagued by an incurable disease, Franz's self-esteem is in shreds and tempter is uncontrollable. Once slightly self conscious about his face, he now has a need to hide it away and becomes malignant when his covering is removed (whether its accidentally or intentionally). But when in a stable state of mind, he is a quiet person and keeps to himself. He is amiable, but would rather not come in contact with others due to his aliment. He doesn't like others worrying about him, and even when in serious trouble or pain he reassures that he is okay. He also has a passion for his job which is complimented by talent; he likes to help others and works well with children.

History:
Going up in the city, Franz was jobless after finishing medical school until he received a call from an old friend. He offered him a job at an orphanage in the country. Never getting a chance to leave and see the world outside of the city, Franz eagerly accepted and was working at the orphanage within a month. It wasn't long before the whole staff from the orphanage became close friends (specifically Franz, Maylee, Martel, and Martel's brother [his old friend]), even calling themselves a family.
Next to the orphanage was a hospital for sick, terminally ill, and disabled children, where Franz was put to work. Several children came down with serious fevers, it was spreading, and it seemed like there was nothing to do to stop it. However, Maylee had created a treatment for it, which was administered into the children. It worked well and the fever subsided, but it wasn't long before their bodies rejected her treatment. It was discontinued.
This tiny tidbit turned out to be a major piece to the puzzle that was Epicari. A boy who had loved to sing and was right handed suddenly abandoned his right hand in favor of his left. He wouldn't use his right hand for anything, and in therapy he would ignore questions about why he chose not to. When confronted, he would hum loudly, a song that his brother sang to him before he died.
He attacked whoever touched it and was speaking nonsense. In his last therapy session, he cut off his right hand and died from massive blood loss. Doctors were left baffled, especially when other children began to show similar, strange symptoms. The children would stop breathing because it became a burden, or some would cover up all the holes in their body, and others would get furious if they saw the color blue. They would become self destructive and die. After running some tests, the doctors discovered that Maylee's treatment was the disease the kids were suffering from. It was named "Epicari". Its symptoms included hostility towards others, exacerbation of personal issues, self destruction, and discoloration of the skin at death. The corpses of the victims were purple, and the virus spread at this stage. The virus could be seen by the naked eye oozing out of the corpse. Franz had began to leave his surgical mask on after surgery, and along with that wore glasses though he had perfect eyesight. When confronted by Martel's brother, he said he was fine and returned to searching for a cure.
A treatment to combat the disease was named "Scylla". Scylla was composed of human DNA mirobes that would be injected and eliminate the virus. It wasn't perfect, moved on its own (which gave it a frightening look), and didn't completely cure the patient of Epicari. But children who were given the injections calmed down and slept peacefully. Around that time Franz had covered his whole face in gauze, and raved about he didn't like his face. But it was assumed that it was only children who could contract the disease because of their immature bodies. Franz wasn't doubted when he insisted he was fine and refused the Scylla.
After a long wait, the government had finally sent aid to the orphanage in the form of a military raid of the establishment. First requesting help at first outbreak of the virus, troops arrived wearing gas masks and Hazmat suits to examine the children and doctors. Once everyone was checked, they set up a large fence with barbed wire to seal everybody inside. However, they promised they would return. "We promise we'll be back to save you."
As the death toll increased, victims of the disease became more and more hostile towards others; it was discovered that the virus could affect adults as well as kids. Hospital staff were being attacked and killed by the ill and those who buried the dead caught the virus themselves. The severity of Franz' strange behavior increased as he would wear a strange mask, and at night walk the halls of the hospital with an ax in hand. He was clearly infected, but he ran away soon after.
After the Scylla treatment's affect died on the patients, there was almost nobody in the hospital left but Maylee, Martel, and her brother. The children who were still alive were placed in a cell as the doctors continued to find a cure. When leaving the children's cell, Franz returned to the hospital. He ran towards the three, swinging his ax frantically. He was aiming to chop up Martel, but Maylee pulled her out of his psychotic path.
He crashed into the wall, and his strange iron mask made a loud clang as it hit the floor. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" He tried to cover his face with a hand, while the other desperately grabbed for the ax. But the ax was stuck in the wall and was impossible to pull out with just an arm. "With a scream of anguish, Franz forced his face onto the blade..."
