The psp can do ALOT of things.Hear is a list:

1. Play Psp games.

2.Can download movies, games, demos, and PS1 games from PSP Store.

3.Can listen to music in ANY format (i think) mp4, mp3 etc.

4.Look at pictures.

5. Can make those pictures into your background.

6. Can go on google.com

7. Can go on smashbrosrp.postboards.com (but in order to get there, you must google the website name, then click on the google link, then bookmark the website to go there for the rest of your days)

8. Post new threads on smashbrosrp.postboards.com

9. Can play SOME games on mostfungames.com

10. Can go on aim. DON"T BELIEVE ME?? GO TO aimonpsp.com AND CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!!

THAT SEEMS LIKE THATS IT IDK WHAT ELSE YOU CAN DO WITHOUT DOING ALL THAT HACKING B.S.

The disablities of the psp are:

1.Can not listen to music while you play the psp games (while the x-box 360 can)

2.Can't watch youtube or anything like that on the psp (you must download the videos)
