Ive been in a very posty mood with this girl, but I haven't had too many chances to do so and the erges are overflowing in my brain (not in that way you perverts >>. So I'm just making this fic to relieve stress out, don't know if it'll be a series but...ah heck, let's just get to this! XD
-----------------------------
The forests of Japan were incredibly quiet around this time of year, birds chirping, leaves gently falling toward the ground. It was nearing the end of Autumn, giving closure for Winter. As one of the leaves on the tree fell, it was suddenly cut in half by a single bladed star heading toward another blade. Once they clashed the star flew into the same tree as the leaf fell, and the other blade spun around in a slender hand and back in a sheath behind a curved figure. Said figure continued to jump through the trees away from more unknown pursuers behind her, as they approached and threw more blades at her. However she would not dwindle, she spun around deflecting them back at the attackers; forcing one star into a shoulder and another into an arm. "Grah!" Yelled out the ninja as they fell to the ground writhing in pain. The girl stopped for a moment and stared down at them, worried for their safety. However she shook her head and continued to run in the other direction, trying not to look back.
Soon, more ninja were scouting around the area where she disappeared, franticly looking around. One ninja approached an old tree trunk, where the poor young girl hid. Her chest rose and fell silently, as she tried to hold back heavy breathing and stop her pounding heart. She had been running for days without food, water or rest, and had to continue running. She couldn't fight anymore, she didn't want to fight anymore; strength was all gone from her, it was only a matter of time before... "!" The ninja scout's footsteps got louder as he stepped over some branches, she closed her eyes and hoped for the best. 'Hayate...' She thought deeply, as she accepted her fate. However, as the scout approached the other side of the trunk, a hand landed on his shoulder taking him by surprise he turned around to find the hand...of his master. "M.Master Haya..." "We leave, it is clear that she is gone from this area." Silently said the man, as he walked away with the rest of the ninja, disappearing into smoke.
"..." The young lady slowly crawled out of the old trunk, looking around the forest. There were no ninja, none at all; they retreated. Once the idea of safety settled in, she fell on her back bringing out a deep sigh. "Ahh..." The evening sun starting setting over the red haired kunoichi in black, bathing over her body. The beauty soon sat up, staring over the cliff and toward the sunset; she was spared another day to look at the glorious sight. She then stood up, letting the winds drift by picking up her hair. Soon an important realization dawned on her as she gasped out...and her stomach growled loudly. She was very hungry, it was about dinner time for everyone now. She put a hand over her belly and decided to pay a visit in town for something to eat, there was no better time then now. With a quick jump in the air, the young ninja vanished in the with cherry blossoms scattering around. Eat well, Kasumi.
