Standard Attack - Assassin's Revenge: Taki steps in low and stabs both Rekki-Maru and Mekki-Maru into the opponent's gut. (1d8)
(R) Upward Attack - Stalker: Similiar to Zero Suit Samus' recovery move, Taki can focus chi and project it out of her feet, giving her extra height. She can also just use this to flip over her opponent to follow up with a surprise attack. (no damage)
Downward Attack - Ninja Cannon: Taki will focus chi in her palm, hitting the ground in front of her and unleashing a dome of energy. This move can also be charged to become Ninja Cannon: Fury; this attack takes a round to charge, but deals greater damage and can send the enemy flying 10 feet up in the air.

Upward Smash: Bow Breaker- As this starts out with a grab, the target has to be RIGHT in front of her for this to work. (1d8 for good aligned, 1d10 for neutral, 1d12 for all evil/bad aligned characters.)
Grabs:

Downward Taunt - Taki crosses her arms, grins and nods, saying "Well, at least your stance is correct, heh."
Side Taunt - Taki faces the opponent sideways, placing her right hand in the standard two-fingered ninja gesture and says "Is that all you got?"
Final Smash:
Secret Art- Taki makes an attempt to place a binding seal on the opponent (1d10). If sucessful, the opponent cannot move for the remainder of the Final Smash. Taki then shouts "Ougi!" (secret) and then uses her chi to make two clones of herself. The three slash the opponent, before Taki appears above the opponent and unleashes a large ninja canon (10' dome) that can damage anyone nearby.
Weaknesses:
Physically, Taki must rely on her armor and her speed to avoid heavy damage. While she is lean and athletic, she isn't very strong, and must rely on her speed and skill in order to defeat her enemies. Taki prefers to keep her distance from other people, and often comes off as cold and distant. Taki is very goal driven, and will put both herself and those around her in danger if it's her best chance to achieving her goals.
Personality:
Taki can seem cold and distant when people first confront her. But that's not necessarily the case. Taki is very goal-driven and independent; once she had left the Fu-Ma clan in the pursuit of destroying Soul Edge, she found it was safest for everyone if she worked alone. She is not afraid of putting her life in danger if that means getting the job done. While she sometimes has to risk the lives of others in order to achieve a goal, she avoids this as much as possible. Taki is very honorable, and goes out to make herself the ninja the Fu-Ma clan used to be. She hunts down demons, and protects the innocent from evil, all in the name of the honor her former clan had lost because if her leader. Taki is also highly intelligent, carefully calculating her plan of attack before even entering a demon's lair.

Appearance:
History:
Taki was orphaned at an early age and was brought up by a ninja master named Toki. She was trained in the ways of the ninja by Toki, whose clan lived in seclusion. Taki grew into an expert spy and a great schemer. Being blessed with supernatural powers of her own, Taki decided to travel throughout Japan to conquer the evil demons who threaten ordinary people. To aid her in this task, Taki forged her own weapons with love and care, her favorite of which is the short sword Rekki-Maru, which also held supernatural powers even she could not explain.
One day, Toki suddenly summoned all the ninjas of the clan for a meeting. Toki told the assembled ninjas that Hachibei had stolen the spiritual ninja-to Mekki-Maru and had run away with his daughter. By the clan's law, the two were now nuke-nin, or ninjas who had left the clan without permission. The clan was responsible for the nuke-nin, and was to execute them in order to protect their secrets. In accordance with the code, Toki ordered the ninjas to hunt then both down, kill them and return the Mekki-maru. Although this was the normal course of action, something made Taki suspicious of Toki for the first time.
Hachibei proved to be a hard man to find. Taki, with her sixth sense and massive intelligence network, eventually found a few leads. Hachibei and his daughter were running a small stall on a vacant road. Hachibei was surprised to see Taki at first, but his face soon filled with relief and he handed the Mekki-Maru to Taki. Hachibei then revealed to Taki that Toki had been possessed by madness and that the Mekki-Maru controlled the ninja lord now. It was for this reason that the ailing man had taken the sword and left.
Even though Taki had her suspicions about Toki, she still found it hard to believe that Mekki-Maru had spiritual powers. Hachibei explained that if Toki came in contact with the Mekki-Maru again that it would kill Toki. He gave the blade to Taki and begged her to keep it away from Toki. The man's trust caused her suspicion of Toki to grow, and so she let Hachibei and his daughter go free. She hid Mekki-Maru and returned to the clan. When she returned, she fabricated a story about Hachibei ans his daughter’s death by the hands of a theif. When Toki heard this, he ordered the clan to pursue and kill the thief as well. Taki now knew that Toki was no longer the man she knew. The only explanation was that an outside source was affecting the Mekki-Maru, causing it to resonate with evil and warp Toki. Hearing rumors of Soul Edge, Taki felt certain that this was the source of the evil and set out to find and destroy it.
For some time, Taki had noticed that Rekki-Maru had been acting strangely. It's power had weakened. When she had been called in to slay the demons confined at a temple, she was barely able to defeat them. After the revelations with the Mekki-Maru, Taki was certain that Soul Edge was affecting her own sword as well. Thus, she had two reasons for going after the legendary blade. Rekki-Maru's loss of power proved to be a compass that led her straight to Soul Edge.
She tracked the sword to an abandoned port town in Spain. She arrived to find a weakened Cervantes standing over the body of the warrior Sophitia. In his hands was the demon sword Soul Edge! Before Cervantes could deliver the final blow, Taki called out and challenged him. Thus a battle like none Taki had ever fought began. Her armor began to crack under the Soul Edge’s blows, her sword’s power and her seals were weak. However, Cervantes' battle with Sophitia had left him weak and Taki eventually struck a fatal blow. Exhausted, Taki still managed to carry the wounded Sophitia away from the harbor. As they left, they heard an explosion of evil energy from behind them; Soul Edge had released it’s evil seed into the world.
Once a safe distance away, Taki removed the shards of Soul Edge in Sophitia's body and treated her wounds. She accompanied Sophitia back to her family, and then left for Japan with the shards. She hoped that with the destruction of Soul Edge, the hidden Mekki-Maru would have returned to normal and Toki would be himself again.
When she returned home, Taki found that Toki was still under the evil influence. She was repeatedly attacked by Toki's assassins. However, she learned that their purpose was to steal the Mekki-Maru, which meant that Toki knew that Taki knew of it's whereabouts. She quickly went to the spot she had hidden the sword and took it back. When she had first returned home, she had attempted to bond a shard from the Soul Edge into Rekki-Maru in order to restore its power. However, they were resistant to eachother and would not join properly. But, when she tried the same trick on Mekki-Maru, the two were immediately united and began to emit a dark aura. The aura was so dark that Taki closed it in its sheath and sealed it with magic cards. Mekki-Maru's power still shone through the magical seal, and led Toki's assassins’ right to Taki. She defended herself with her new blade, but she eventually ran out of power and was captured by the ninja Geki. Taki warned Geki not to release the seal, but it was too late and his entire right arm was blown off by the dark shock wave that was released. Taki seized the moment, took the sword and ran past Geki's stunned assistants. Thus, Taki became a nuke-nin like Hachibei.
Though Taki had ran, it was not long before Geki caught up to her again and attacked. Toki's assassins were powerful, and Geki wanted revenge for the loss of his arm. Taki was able to drive their attacks back, but she knew she could not hold out forever. Taki was bewildered as to why there was still an evil influence on Toki. Even Rekki-Maru was still powerless. It was then that she remembered that Sophitia had only destroyed one of the evil swords called Soul Edge. Rumors reached her of an azure knight that was ravaging Europe with an evil sword, and Taki was sure that the sword must be the remaining part of Soul Edge. Taki devised a plan to track down Nightmare and pit the Soul Edge and Mekki-Maru together in the hopes of destroying both evil blades.
However, her trip was delayed when the ghost Gel-o-Fury gained enough power from the Evil Seed to break Taki's seals. He escaped and headed toward the Hoko-ji Temple in Kyoto, a temple of madness and warped ideals that would be the ghost’s final battleground. Taki used Mekki-Maru to defeat the Fury demon, and decided to share her fate with Mekki-Maru as she searched for Soul Edge. By the time she had caught back up to Nightmare, he had already been defeated by Misturugi, and she was left to fight him instead. After the battle, Taki once again returned to Japan , Toki now becoming her main priority.
With the help of others that opposed Toki, Taki scattered his agents with false rumors of Soul Edge, before tracking down Toki herself in Hoko temple. She found him surrounded by evil spirits, and even his appearance had changed to that of a demons. The battle was fierce, Taki’s only advantage being the very technique’s Toki himself had taught her. It was only when Taki used Mekki-Maru, that she finally was able to defeated Toki. But before she could even strike the final blow, Toki spokee in his old gentle voice, before the evil that had enslaved him for so long exited him and disappeared.
Taki left the country the very next day. There was no doubt that she could follow the entity straight to Soul Edge. Though Soul Edge’s presence itself was weak, the spirit seemed to making a beeline for it. She followed it all the way across Asia and into Europe, Soul Edge’s energy suddenly becoming violent bursts as she neared a Cathedral. She ran as fast as she could to the ruins, only to witness a fight between Nightmare and Seigfried, who had freed himself from Nightmare, and now wielded the sacred blade Soul Calibur against him. She expected the two swords to destroy each other, but the opposite happened. They unleashed a powerful cataclysm, which destroyed the cathedral. Taki barely escaped herself.
Taki then knew that she could never allow Soul Edge and Soul Calibur to clash again. She had began to return to japan in preparation for what was sure to be many hard battles against Siegfried and Nightmare, when the unthinkable happened. A huge tower rose where Siegfried and Nightmare had last clashed, unthinkable power radiating out over the land. Taki made her way back towards the newly risen tower as quickly as she could, hearing stories of a king who had once wielded the soul swords now alive and atop the tower, calling every warrior to it for a challenge.
As Taki neared the tower, she picked up the energies of both Soul Edge and Soul Calibur, what she had feared was already about to take place once more. Even as she descended the tower itself, she could feel the swords power nearing. She was however, once again too late. She came to the top of the tower only to witness Siegfried and Nightmare begin clashing again. The power that unleashed was immense. So immense, it opened a rift in space and time itself. Another great clash, and before Taki could get away from the blast, the power has pushed her through the portal.
Taki traveled through time and space, and would find herself in This World…
