Techniques and Abilities:

Floor Spike - The Mandarins hang from the floor beneath the opponent. They hang by their large arm-like mouths from grating and such. When they come across an opponent, they allow a spike to come out of their mouths that sab the enemy.

Weaknesses:

- Easy to avoid if paid attention to.
- Hangs from the grates underneath floors. They could be persuaded to let go and fall if they happen to be hit with some kind of projectile or spell.
- They only have one attack.

Behavior:
Tactically agressive creatures. They have one attack, but they use it wisely. They hang from underneath and silently approach their prey above, then attempt to stab them with the spikes that portrude from their mouths. They're some of the fastest creatures in Silent Hill. They're kind of cowardly, seeing as they always hang beneath the opponent, relying on stealth rather than full confrontation.
