Standard Attack – Water Blast: Rain shoots a high-pressure stream of water at his adversary, dealing them water damage and a strong knockback effect. This is similar in function to Mario's F.L.U.D.D. and Squirtle's Water Gun, in that in can be tilted into different directions although it requires no charge and is always at full capacity.
Upward Attack – Mystic Vapors: Rain submerges himself in a small pool of water which evaporates and re-emerges in a different location.
Downward Attack – Shocking Bolt: Rain raises his arm and summons a blue lightning bolt from the sky to strike his enemy. This is nearly identical to Pikachu's Thunder, but it is created faster and can be projected in short distances away from Rain.
Side Attack – Liquid Orb: Rain projects a sphere of water at his opponent, which shatters as it hits. A successful hit allows Rain to move his opponent's body in any direction for a split-second.
Smash Attacks:
Upward Smash - Uppercut: Rain ducks low and springs back up again with a powerful, vertically-swinging punch
Downward Smash - Leg Sweep: Rain ducks low and swings his leg around in order to trip his oppoenet up by taking both their feet out

Running Attack - Windy Feet: Rain propels himself forward with twin blasts of water from behind and kicks out with both feet
