Ragna is rather slow, although he can jump a little higher than Ike, his closest equivalent. He uses his entire body as a weapon, utilizing his sword, fists, and feet for brutal combos.
Special Moves: (Mandatory)
All "B" attacks are the "Special Moves" the characters can use. (Example: Bowser's Fire Breath.)
Standard Attack - Hell Fang - Ragna dashes a short distance forward in a Falcon Punch-esque move, and hits twice, with his punch, and with the energy around his fist. On a successful hit with BOTH hits, he regains one HP.
(R) Upward Attack - Inferno Divider - Performs a rising, spiraling uppercut with his sword, surrounded by flame. This attack moves mostly upward, with very little forward movement, but it can be, once used, chained into secondary attacks. Ragna's most devistating special attack.
Downward Attack - Deadspike - Drives his fist forward, and at an upward angle, and unleashes an almost shark-shaped burst of energy from the ground. This attack has two hits. If both connect, he regains one HP.
Side Attack - Gauntlet Hades - Leaps forward, or in midair, flips forward in an arcing kick, trailing flames. He can choose to, when he hits, perform a spinning back kick, so this attack works well on groups. Should the second attack hit, Ragna will regain 1 HP

All "Smash" attacks are the specialized and more powerful attacks used by pressing the A button in correlation to a directional button with some force in Smash Bros. These usually consist of devastating punches, kicks, and weaponry attacks.
Upward Smash: builds up power, and then swings in a short arc over his head. If it connects, the enemy will be caught in a blast of energy released from his sword.
Downward Smash: Sweeps with his sword, which hits behind and in front of him, but ironically, not low. You can duck this.
Side Smash: brings a food up, then brings it crasshing down on your head.
Grabs: (Optional)
The characters may grab in up to two different ways. You may ignore the second grab if you want.

Taunts: (Optional)
Taunts are things that your character can use to taunt his/her enemy. These are usually the character's trademark actions.
Upward Taunt - Rests his sword on his shoulder, and beckons with his free hand.

Side Taunt - Laughs, resting a hand on his hip.
Final Smash:
Blood Kain: Devoured by Darkness - Ragna will attempt an uppercut with his sword on his opponent. Should he succeed, they will be immobilized as his sword transforms into a massive scythe, which he then slashes them with several times, before he's engulfed in dark power, and absorbs the life energ from his victim, before stabbing them with his sword, which has now gone back to normal. Should this FS succeed, Ragna will return to full HP.
Weaknesses:
Is physically rather slow, usually, and had something of a bounty on his head back home, which, while it no longer applies here, did give him some problems back then. He's also... rather freaked out by ghosts.
Personality:
He has the ability to act on what he believes, but seldom plans ahead or thinks about what might happen next. He usually relies on brute strength to see him through most problems and has a tendency to rush headlong into trouble. He has a foul mouth and often draws attention to himself, whether he wants to or not. Deep down, however, he’s not a bad person and doesn’t seem to care much about being the most wanted person in the world.
Likes:
Meaty dishes, and cooking. So... basically, he likes to barbecue. He also values a silver bracelet in his possession dearly.
Dislikes:
Ghosts, v-13, Saya-clones, usually weapons, NOL (which isn't IN This World as far as he knows), and going hungry.

After destroying countless branches of the NOL and killing two Saya replicas, he was labeled as a wanted criminal and received the largest bounty in NOL history on his head. He possesses a powerful form of Armagus called the Azure Grimoire, which is often either the secondary or primary target of those after his bounty. His ultimate goal is to destroy the Library for reasons unknown, although it probably has something to do with the Saya replicas. He is Jin's biological brother, whose rivalry with him stems from an incident that happened with their sister, Saya, who is presumed to be dead. His right arm is mechanical because his real one was cut off by Terumi.He was resurrected by Rachel as a vampire, causing one of his green eyes to turn red.

He's found himself having to fight off several vigilantes and government agents, even battles a sort of bioweapon cloned from his sister, Saya who is currently dead. This clone wished to mearge with Ranga to create something known as the Black Beast. He defeated it, and then left. Since then, he's continued his anti-NOL activities, until recently, when the Azure Gimoire, also knows as "BlazBlue" came to life on its own, and created a portal... and he was sucked inside.
He's now in This World.
And very, very lost.

- Uppercut - Exactly as it sounds, and airborne uppercut that gives Ragna a little more vertical lift after Inferno Divider.
The following must come after the uppercut, and will negate the additional lift, AND forward momentum of the uppercut and Inferno Divider. He can only use one of these attacks following the uppercut.
- Horizontal Knockback - A powerful blow that, as the name implies, has high horizontal blowback. After performing it, Ragna immediately drops down, ending his air combo.
- Drop Kick - Pretty obvious. Her performs a drop kick, meteor smashing his target downwards. He then drops towards the ground.
