Like most other Waddle Dees, Sailor Waddle Dee has no real method of attacking by himself. He carries around a magical parasol that could shoot tiny stars as well as protect one from the elements. Like Kirby and Jigglypuff, Waddle Dee could float gently into the air (however not as much as the other two could). His body is soft and elastic, so he's squishy..
Standard Attack: Parasol Swing- Waddle Dee can hit enemies with either the parasol itself, or cause damage with the tiny stars released when it's swung at an enemy.
Upward Attack: Drift- Waddle Dee jumps up with the parasol closed, and then opens it to gently float down. Works like Peach Parasol.
Downward Attack: Parasol Dive/Shield- While airborne, Waddle Dee points the umbrella downward and the stars are sprayed to hit foes below. When on the ground, it is used as a shield and reflects projectiles.
Side Attack: Parasol Drill- Waddle Dee lunges forward with his parasol. Along with tiny stars being released as he dashes, he spins the parasol around like a drill.
Final Smash: Circus Throw- After grabbing the Smash Ball, Sailor Waddle Dee is strong enough to preform Circus Throw; which consists of swooping up a nearby foe onto his parasol. He bounces the player off, and throws them either upward, left, or right.
Weaknesses:
Sailor Waddle Dee has a number of weaknesses, his biggest one is being practically defenseless without his parasol. If he were to lose it, his only method of dealing damage would be to jump and stomp on opponents' heads. He's very light, can be picked up, and tossed around
Personality:
Sailor Waddle Dee's most prominent feature is his devotion to Meta Knight and his Halberd crew. When Meta Knight went up against Kirby in Revenge of Meta Knight, Waddle Dee stayed aboard the Halberd even after everything was destroyed and all of the other crew members had evacuated the ship. Along with that, he is big hearted and shows concern for all his peers; and tries to be helpful in anyway. His loyalty sometimes helps to cancel out his cowardice, as he would go and rescue a friend in trouble despite his fear. But a lot of the time, being small, young, and inexperienced, timidity gets the better of him and he panics. He knows he isn't very strong, and is somewhat ashamed of the fact, but nonetheless he always gives it his all.
Likes: Meta Knight, Captain Vul, the other Meta knights (Ax Knight, Mace Knight, Trident Knights, etc.), working on the Halberd, helping his other crew members, cooking, eating, serenity, Waddle Doos

Sailor Waddle Dee finally worked up his courage and sought out admission to the Halberd crew hoping to be part of the rebellion against the corruption plaguing Dream Land. Being the newest, youngest, and smallest member, he was put to handle things like cooking and cleaning. Waddle Dee showed the same enthusiasm as his new crew mates, and was quickly accepted into their little group; He was happy to play any part of the cool meta knights and their airship, meanwhile they were happy to finally have someone to take of all the chores nobody else was willing to tackle.
When the time came to execute their plans to seize Dream Land and end King Dedede's rule, Kirby boarded the Halberd with intents of bringing it down. He was quickly blown away into the Orange Ocean by the high speeds of the airship blasting off. When he made a second attempt to board, he was shot down by the ship's main cannon. But the third time's a charm, and with the help of Dyna Blade Kirby was able to successfully land on the Halberd once again.
Kirby took down the mighty airship by damaging both of her wings, completely destroying the main cannon, engine room and reactor, despite the interventions of countless enemies and the Heavy Lobster. Captain Vul evacuated his flying fortress, meanwhile the Meta Knights and Waddle Dee chose to remain with their leader. The Meta Knights failed to stop Kirby and prevent him from escaping, leaving Meta Knight to handle the pink puffball. With the two in a showdown, Sailor Waddle Dee watched the dual with his heart almost beating out of his chest. In the end Meta Knight lost. Kirby narrowly made it off the plummeting airship riding Wheelie, but with Meta Knight hot on pursuit. With a massive jump, Kirby fled and landed safely on land. With all hopes ultimately lost, Meta Knight along with Sailor Waddle Dee jet away in a bright yellow light.
