Weaknesses:
Cress is honest to a fault, he could easily be tricked into danger for putting trust into people he just met. His armor and weaponry slow him down somewhat, and he tends to push himself too hard nearly driving himself into exhaustion. Seems to hate Dhaos and Mars with passion since they were reason for his parents' murders, and would drop everything to attack them

Pure, honest and dutiful, Cress has all the qualities you'd find in a warrior youth. He has a strong drive to help people in need, and possesses the iron will to see him through any battle. He'll often jump head first and alone out in hordes of monsters and demons, he likes to take the front lines often. Cress is also very passionate and would express his emotions openly when his heart demands it, but it can come off as a little blunt. He's also very responsible, often keeps the promises he makes; loves his friends and would protect him to the end.

History:
Cress' story takes place in the land of Aselia, 1,000 years from Symphonia 2. He lived in a small peaceful village of Toltus for most of his life, hunting for food with his best friend Chester, sword training, normal everyday things he thought would never end. Unfortunately fate saw fit to throw Cress' village into turmoil, as Mars and his band of knights burned down the village and Cress was sold out to them by his uncle. While in captivity, he met a woman who managed to help Cress out of his prison. Sadly she died directly afterward, and Cress had to escape with her daughter Mint. When the two escaped and made it to freedom, they met a man named Morrison and had a reunion with Chester. Morrison explained their family duty to protect pendents from evil, a bit late it seems. Mars took both pendants and unlocked the seal to Dhaos a bitter enemy, and Morrison had to send Cress and Mint back in time to find the power to stop Dhaos. Eventually with the help of Claus F Lester the summoner, Arche Klein the witch, their old friend Chester and a ninja agent Suzu Fujibayashi, Cress and Mint defeated Dhaos in the future by binding his time traveling powers with the Eternal Sword. Afterward Cress gave Claus the sword to hide it in a safe place and returned to his village with Mint and Chester to begin the reconstruction.
A few months after the new town of Miguel was born, Cress and Chester got a word about the ruins of Thor acting strangely so they went to investigate. Once they got there however, Thor's time machine malfunctioned and warped Cress and Chester into This World; and on top of that Cress has felt quite strange ever since his arrival.
