Please expand on a moveset for us. Tell us what all your character can do. and please do tell us how high he/she can jump, or if they have good recovering abilities. If the move can be used as a recovery, please insert an (R) in front of the move. The prefered moveset template is as seen below:
Special Moves: (Mandatory)
All "B" attacks are the "Special Moves" the characters can use. (Example: Bowser's Fire Breath.)
Standard Attack (R in air) - Light Nail - Lanzer can charge up a swipe of his claws, that when charged, sends him forward, and hits harder. When used in midair, he can't charge it, but it sends him farther.
Upward Attack (R) - Starburst - Lanzer vanishes in a flash of light, and reappears some distance away (about as far as Sheik's teleport) in another flash of light. He can cause damage at either end of the teleport.
Downward Attack - Flash Impact - On the ground, Lanzer slams his fist into the ground, creating a localized burst of light around him. In midair, he rockets down into the ground, and creates a bigger, more powerful blast on impact. If he hits someone in midair, he drags them down with him, into the blast.
Side Attack - Starlight Gatling - Lanzer points forward with two fingers of one hand, gripping his wrist with the other, and fires weak bolts of light forward. Can be charged to fire a larger, more powerful bolt of light.
Regular Attacks: (To be written, can be considered complete without them.)
All "A" attacks are the normal attacks used by pressing the A button in Smash Bros. These usually consist of punches and kicks.
(A) Standard Attack - (What is this character's Standard A button attack?)
(A) Upward Attack - (What is this character's Upward A button attack?)
(A) Downward Attack - (What is this character's Downward A button attack?)
(A) Side Attack - (What is this character's Side A button attack?)
Aerials: (Optional)
These are the (A) attacks used in the air.
Standard Aerial: (What is this character's Standard aerial attack?)
Upward Aerial: (What is this character's Upward aerial attack?)
Downward Aerial: (What is this character's Downward aerial attack?)
Side Aerial: (What is this character's Side aerial attack?)
Smash Attacks: (Optional)
All "Smash" attacks are the specialized and more powerful attacks used by pressing the A button in correlation to a directional button with some force in Smash Bros. These usually consist of devastating punches, kicks, and weaponry attacks.
Upward Smash: (What is this character's Upward Smash attack?)
Downward Smash: (What is this character's Downward Smash attack?)
Side Smash: (What is this character's Side Smash attack?)
Grabs: (Optional)
The characters may grab in up to two different ways. You may ignore the second grab if you want.
Grab 1 - (What is this character's Standard Grab?)
Grab 2 - (What is this character's Secondary Grab?)
Taunts: (Optional)
Taunts are things that your character can use to taunt his/her enemy. These are usually the character's trademark actions.
Upward Taunt - Yawns and stretches, as his hat looks bored.
Downward Taunt - Adjusts his hat, and looks around.
Side Taunt - Snaps his fingers, letting loose a crackle of light.
Final Smash:
Snapshot - Lanzer draws the front of his hat down over his eyes, until its eyes line up with his. Then the hat sends out a beam of light straight forward. Should this hit someone (that has a Final Smash), Lanzer will flash, and yell "Gotcha now!", followed by performing a modified (or, depending on the FS, an identical) form of their own Final Smash.
However, when he gets a Smash Ball, he rolls a 5-sided dice. On an even roll, he receives an alternate Final Smash.
EinLanzer - Engulfed in light, Lanzer unleashes his full potential, becoming this angelic version of himself. In this form, he's capable of easily controlled flight, and his powers change drastically, with all attacks doing triple damage, while rolling 8-sided dice.
Standard B - Radius Grave - Lanzer unleashed a beam of energy that blasts all in its path straight forward.
Up B - Radiant Sword - This attack is a misnomer, as, when he uses it, he calls down a pillar of energy down around himself.
Side B - Longinus - Lanzer forms a spear out of light, and lunges forward, with the spear extending several feet. He then swings the spear, slinging anyone he struck with it possibly clean out of the battle. (They must roll against the throw which is a normal d6 or instantly lose the battle unless they're a Boss)
Down B - Angel Guard - When attacked by ranged attacks, Lanzer automatically reflects it back, infused with his own energy. At high speed.
Weaknesses:
Lanzer is rather small and lightweight, even if he's about Mario's height. In essence, he's kind of floaty, and except for his special abilities, doesn't hit very hard.
Personality wise, he has a little bit of a temper, and really gets set off by people with no common sense.
But his biggest weakness?
He's scared to death of water. Scared. To death. Like, traveling over water leaves him nearly paralyzed till he's back on terra firma.
Personality:
Very friendly towards others, and is usually trusting, unless someone seems obviously evil, although he can be cautious around those that seem 'shady'. He's the type to go out of his way to help people who need it out, and is more than willing to put himself in harm's way to protect others.
Of course, there's his aquaphobia, and a short fuse around people with no common sense, so he's not a -perfect- hero.
Not for lack of trying on Pauker's part. Pauker, being a hat, is rather used to sitting around, and comes across as lazy, but he's more than willing to teach Lanzer everything he knows...
Along with everything his enemies know.
Likes:
Apples, light, Clara (his best friend), dancing, generally just having fun, helping others.
Dislikes:
the dark, lemons, Gespenst (see below), The Schatten (Also see below), 'idiots'

History:
Lanzer was born in a small, unnamed village in his world, and had been there all his life, along with his best friend, Clara. Things in fact, seemed perfect, and in this world, they almost were...
Until the shadows came. At first, the news of these things was far from his little corner of the world, and seemed that it would never touch his little village... And then Clara disappeared.
She'd been playing tag with Lanzer, when he heard her scream. Of course, he'd ran to find her, and she was gone. For weeks after that, he kept heading out, looking for her, until he was grabbed by some servants of someone called Gespenst. Trapped in their wagon, he thought he had no chance of escape... until he met Pauker, who taught him how to use his own energy, which resulted in him blowing up the wagon... AND learning his Starlight Gatling power!
Once free, he first started home, until he learned the truth behind Genspenst, and the Schatten, the shadows. They were negative emotions, greed, anger, hatred, all gathered into a force of such power that it could twitch the living into forms hardly resembling themselves.
So he took it upon himself to stop them.
It was a long journey, a hard one, and through it all he hoped to find Clara, and help send her home, but finally, he faced the master of the Schatten, Gespenst. Their fght was vicious, light clashing against shadow, until finally, Lanzer landed his final blow, dispelling the darkness around Gespenst... and revealed Clara, his closest friend.
He was so shocked that the Schatten had used her as the host for their master, that the dark being then attempted to possess LANZER. In this battle, he learned the truth. That yes, Gespenst and the Schatten were negative emotion, but they had only gained so much strength because the rulers of his world had been using powerful magic to push these emotions away from everyone, weakening them in the populace to keep them happy and content.
The goal had been good, but the execution had been, well... stupid. Knowing this, Lanzer still destroyed the dark creature in his mind, before planning to return to the capital of his world.
But on his way there, he fell into a portal, and arrived...
In This World.
Anything else? (Optional)
"I don't care HOW good your intentions were! That was a STUPID idea!"
Lanzer's Other Abilities (used outside of Smash Battles)
-- Flight Mode
---- Flight mode is Lanzer's primary method of covering long distances, as he travels at, quite literally, just shy of the speed of light at full speed. He rarely does this, however, usually staying near a 'cruising speed' of almost 800 mph. He CAN use this mode for short distance travel, but his "Starburst" ability is easier to control, and is more precise. When in flight mode, to outside observers, he simply becomes a meter-wide ball of white light, with larger versions of his wings attached to it.
---- Lanzer is capable of carrying up to two other people with him while in Flight Mode. While 'hitching a ride', his passengers seem to be floating in white space, but are capable of, should they so wish, seeing outside while in transit. They can also speak, but only Lanzer, Pauker, and the other passenger, if any, will hear them.
-- Photo Copies
---- An ability Lanzer doesn't really use in combat, except as a distraction, "Photo Copy" creates up to three light clones of Lanzer, that can be used to help him climb up to ledges, or hold down switches and the like. However, in terms of combat, they roll d3s, and have 1 HP.
-- Flash Bangs
---- In essence, small, timed explosives, made of light, that hover wherever Lanzer places them. However, they don't interact with their surroundings, until they go OFF, with enough force to destroy weak walls, or damage small enemies. (Smashers would only be stunned.)
-- Ignite!
---- Lanzer has another power, difficult to use in combat, that creates a spherical "lens" of energy, focusing light in the center like a magnifying glass, letting him ignite flammable objects like fuses, vines... people...
-- Barrier
---- Lanzer can form a sphere of light around himself, protecting him from most attacks. When he applies force to one side of the barrier, he ends up rubberbanding the other direction, and hurtling through the air, with the barrier focusing its energy in the direction he's moving. Should he launch straight up, he'll eventually come back down, with the barrier changing direction.
-- Rocket Lance
---- Lanzer can sheathe himself, and launch short distances in any direction. When he hits an object (that isn't an enemy), he'll ricochet, extending the range of this power. Enemies he'll simply fly through, causing minor damage.
-- Longarm
---- Lanzer can create a large "hand" out of light, and use it to manipulate things at a distance, usually to pull himself to things, or them to him, while small objects get treated as projectiles.
