Wesker, Red-Eyes,Dr. Reanimtor
Age:
49, though he stopped aging at 38, when the mansion incident occured.
Species:
Was...human.
Gender:
Male

Bad (Neutral Evil, leaning towards Chaotic Evil)
Type:
Heavyweight
Character Stats:
HP-135

LP-6
Residence:
Wesker currently has no residence, as he just arrived in This World.
Personal Relationships: (optional)
None, currently.
Occupation:
Ex-Umbrella Scientist, Ex-Umbrella Security, Ex-Rival Company Security, Full-Time Douche
Moveset:
Wesker's basic attacks consist of simple attacks and punches.
Basic B- Similar to the Falcon Punch, Wesker builds up strength before throwing a punch that sends foes flying. This move is more meant for launching distance that it is for damage.
Side B- Wesker uses his unnatural speed to make a quick dash 7 feet. This can slightly damage enemies, but is mainly used to evade attacks and close in quickly.
Up B- Wesker pulls out a small hookshot gun and fires upward. While mainly used as a recovery move, this can also second as a way to grab opponents and drag them in for a beating.
Down B- Wesker will run for a short distance, and attempt to grab the opponent, if successful, Wesker will put them in a powerful choke hold, lifting them off the ground and tossing the target across the stage if they do not get free.
Up Taunt- Wesker chuckles and smooths back his hair.
Side Taunt- Wesker takes off his glasses, smiling as the viewer sees the proof of his transformation into something no longer human...his eyes.
Down Taunt- Wesker adjusts his jacket, while saying "Pathetic."
Grab- Wesker can either use the hookshot (as mentioned) or just grabs you with his hands.
Entrance- Very classic Resident Evil, a brown door with a gold knob appears, it slowly opens with a squeak, and Wesker steps out.
Final Smash:
Countdown- When Wesker gets a hold of the Smash Ball, a detonator appears in his hand. When he decides to press the button of the detonator, a timer appears on the screen, counting down from 3. When the timer finally hits zero, the stage is wracked with a series of explosions that can possibly cause juggling and severe damage.
Weaknesses:
(See sociopathic nature below for starters.) While Wesker is a very cunning man, he does have a tendency to overthink his plans; which in turn, causes him only frustration when say, a Redfield steps in and throws a monkey wrench in his plans. Also, Wesker prefers to keep a distance with all relationships, bringing about at automatic distrust of anyone he knows. His manipulative nature and selfishness only goes to lengthen his list of enemies.
Personality: (WARNING: THIS IS LOOOOONG.)
Wesker is nothing short of a sociopath. Having once been a semi-sane young scientist, his days with Umbrella had transformed him fully into a heartless creature seeking his own gain and nothing less. He exhibits these following traits of sociopathy:
1. Failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest. (killing teammates, for example. Poor Enrico.)
2. Deceitfulness, as indicated by repeated lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure. (Conning Barry into doing his dirty work.)
3. Irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults. (Attacking Claire for mention her brother, Chris.)
4. Reckless disregard for safety ofself or others. (Again, attacking Claire.)
5. Lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another. (...really, any of the above are good examples of this.)
Despite his clear sociopathy, Wesker is, for the most part, a very calm, calculating man. He remains professional at all times, unless something, or someone (REDFIELD *cough*) sets off his more sociopathic needs to be agressive and violent. He rarely acts out of line, always preferring to stay two steps ahead of his competitor (this can be taken literally...this means YOU Umbrella. :B) Wesker prefers to stay on the winning side that can gain him the most benefits, and is always on an eye out for the better opportunity.
On another note, Wesker is very practical. He does not to waste time with things that give him little to no benefit. This can be the same with battle and everyday life, he leaves no wasted movement or wasted actions. He rarely goes out for a stroll in the town unless he plans to pick up coffee or groceries along the way, not to just go site seeing. He is also very intelligent. Having been a scientist at one point, Wesker has extensive pharmaceutical and biological knowledge, none of which he's afraid to use against you at a moments notice.
Furthermore, Wesker takes great pride in himself. He prefers to wear nice clothes and keep his hair trimmed and smoothed back. His enjoyment of the finer things in life is apparent in his looks: he likes fine clothes, fine food, and fine living. He does enjoy a game of chess with a colleague (he used to play with William,) as well as a fine novel (Art of War is one of his favorites.)
Likes:
The color black, a fine steak, an uninterrupted day of work, fine wine.
Dislikes:
Chris Redfield, bright colors, heavy or loud music, Chris Redfield, an experiment not turning out the way he had planned, Cheery people, REDFIELD! D:<

Quoted from residentevilfan.com:
What can I say about Wesker? Well not much or else I'll be talking about the depth of the game again (a problem I have if you've read any of the other characters bios I've written up :-D). Regardless, Wesker is certainly a favorite character of all the Resident Evil games to a lot of people, so much that it's lead me to believe it's the reason why Capcom decided to bring him back for Code Veronica. Though you really need to play both Resident Evil and Code Veronica to really see why that is confusing so many people right now. Wesker is the quiet captain of the Raccoon City S.T.A.R.S. and the leader of the Alpha Team. You won't see him often, but when you do you will be sent on another mission to figure out what is going on in the mansion.
While that might not sound correct for a team leader, it's what he does. Wesker just pops up when the moment is right, at various points through the game. He takes on his role as the leader of the S.T.A.R.S. by telling you what your mission objectives are. It seems odd though that while he tells you to do some things he doesn't follow it himself. One such example of this problem is him telling you to save ammo and supplies while he's sitting there shooting BEES for no real reason. Though this was changed in the Directors Cut version to spiders, which makes a bit more sense.
Wesker, as I mentioned before, shows up in Code Veronica. With the release of Code Veronica complete to Dreamcast and PlayStation 2, they are hoping to add more info on his return and his background while adding more action to the game. Wesker has also been shown and/or mentioned in just about every Resident Evil game to date, and I doubt that's a thing which will change anytime soon.
Double crossing Albert Wesker is back in Code Veronica. Aren't the Capcom team smart in bring back a well known villain such as Wesker? With the original Code Veronica, I would have said well not really because they don't even explain anything. All you get are some cryptic messages while playing as Chris. However the later release of Code Veronica Complete/X explained more with a couple of new scenes and extended ending, and the Wesker's Report DVD explained exactly how and what Wesker's Goals are.
Wesker does seem to be as sneaky as ever though. He has a few helpers also, some are zombies from his team, others are traps. He's after a virus developed especially, and there is only one sample of it available. Where is this sample you ask, play and you will find out.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was not long after finishing playing "operator" for his associate Ada Wong when Wesker decided to take a vacation (Read: Change of scenery while continuing business.) in France, besides, his wine collection was almost depleted. However, not long into his vacation, had Wesker found himself waking up in This World, What new opportunities await him?
Anything else? (Optional)
What is says on the tin. Theme song, personal quote, whatever.
