...no one really knows. He doesn't speak much and even if he would he can't count. Though presumed to be about 5 years old as a fish beast since there's proof of his mutation that dates back 5 years ago.
Species:
Fish Beast, a mutated fish that became amphibious after guzzling down tasty chemicals!
Gender:
Male...we're pretty sure.
Alignment:
He may be an idiot, but he is most certaintly good hearted...when he's thinking...nevermind XD; scratch that, he doesn't think. Neutral, but more good, simply cuz he can't INTENTIONALLY harm a soul.
Type:
Lightweight, kinda surprising for much he eats.
Character Stats:
Undergoing Maintenence.
Residence:
Any body of water is fine with him. He usually hangs around scummy places though, eating the tasty "treats" and by treats I mean raw radioactive marterial.

Occupation:
Accidental Hero...Accidental Villain too. Narq XD...pretty much does things that lead to further things that could be good or bad, no matter what his intention.
Moveset:
Standard Attack - Slime: Narq throws his arm to one side, throwing a slimy substance at his enemy.
(R)Upward Attack - Tongue: Naq throws his tongue out and it acts as a tether recovery. May also damage the opponent it touches, and possibly gross them out. Acts almost identicle to Ivysaur's Up + B.
Downward Attack - Chase Tail: Narq becomes facsinated with his own tail and well...chases it. This ends up causing some destruction, unintentional of course, but destruction none the less.
Side Attack - Gnaw: Narq sticks his tongue out and grabs his opponent much like Yoshi. But instead of swallowing them and turning them into an egg, he just swallows them half way and happily gnaws on them, much like Wario.
Final Smash:
OMNOMNOM - Upon breaking the Smash Ball, Narq goes out of control and grows hungrier than usual. He chomps the nearest person he can and swallows them halfway (much like his side attack) only chomps faster, longer, and more ferociously. While chomping on the opponent, he yells "OMNOMNOMNOMNOM" and eventually violently shakes his head, and throws the enemy off screen. Much like Marth's Critical Hit, it's an instant KO, but only targets one person. It rolls a 9 sided die.
Weaknesses:
Dry places, is ALWAYS hungry, is retarded, is easily distracted, and is light so he's easy to weaken/blast off.
Personality:
A very curious idiot. This pretty much sums up Narq to the fullest. He has no real purpose, usually accidentally does stuff. When people frighten him, he runs around in circles yelling. When he wants to frighten people, he runs around in circles yelling. When he's bored, he runs around in circles yelling. In a crowd he either induces laughter, mental breakdowns, pure awkwardness, or just plain disturbed fear.
Likes:
Toxins and nuclear/radioactive waste, spying on things an stalking them, laughing at things with a wierd sort of gobble, shinies!, and most of all...things he can eat...sad thing is he can pretty much eat anything.
Dislikes:
Anything he can't munch on, things that stop him from doing what he wants to do...that's pretty much it. He loves the world past that.

History:
Was just a little fish in a pond near a Radioactive Chemicals Plant. The chemicals ended up killing half the populous in the pond, but this little fish was too stupid to know he was dying and kept living happily. After years of eating chemical covered algae and sucking chemicals in through his gills, he began to form a set of lungs as well as gills, along with legs, arms, and a new structure entirely. Narq walked out of the pond one day and was caught by a scientist who wanted to experiment on the strange creature, and went willingly as the scientist had offered...a candy bar. Narq realized he didn't like captivity, and escaped fairly easily as he simply gnawed through the bars, accidentally of course, thinking they were some kind of rock candy. After escaping he tried to go back to his pond, but kept getting distracted by more and more food and/or shiny things.
