Shot rolls: 6
Upward Attack - Side Hook
(Starts at 2:12)

Incendiary: Immedietly goes off after throwing, makes flames flare up in a 6 roll.
Side Attack - Shotgun Blast
A man's best friend during a virus outbreak; the shotgun. It's a powerful weapon that has high knockback capabilities, can easily blow back an opponent with a single shot. The draw backs are large though; it's pump style, so Leon has to pump is every time he fires, meaning it can only be fired once per turn. It takes two hands to use, so Leon can't take any other action during the same turn after firing it. It's difficult to combo with, and after every 6 shots Leon has to fully reload it again.

Side Smash: Grenade throw and shoot (explosion)

Grab 1 - Suplex
Grab 2 - Roll and kick off
Final Smash: The Handcannon
"Stranger! *laughs* What d'you need that for? Goin' huntin' an elephant?"
The Smith & Wesson Model 500 Magnum, AKA: The Handcannon. The epidome of handgun models across the globe, using 50 calibur rounds puts its power at second to none. Leon only pulls this out when he has a Smash Ball, and it replaces his normal handgun for 3 turns. The weapon has limited stopping power, and it can only be fired once per turn. But it has a roll of 99 per shot. (Feel free to call HAX on me anytime XD)
Weaknesses:
Physicly, Leon doesn't have too much muscle. Despite his intensive training with America's finest, he's still an average human. Also seems to be a real gentleman in the sense that he would go to any length to save a woman in danger, especially Ada. She also seems to hold his heart as he does her own, it's easy for him to trust in her; even if they are on opposing sides.
Personality:
Before the events of RE2, Leon was a very naive man with a strong sense of justice and will to do the right thing; some might say that he's almost on the nerdy side. He also seemed to be overconfidant in his abilities as a "ladies man", when he's really a bit awkward around them. However, his personality radicly changed after the disaster at Raccoon City and 6 years of training as a Government Agent. Now Leon's personality has gone somewhat darker and grim, but he still retains the sense of justice he had back in the city. He also seems to believe he's still a cassanova, somewhat. So basicly, he's still sort of the same now as he was before, just more experianced and serious.
Likes:

History:
Training days:
Leon went through intensive training at a police academy, after surviving that he was admitted to the R.P.D (Raccoon City Police Department). But before starting his first day, he was a bit delayed back. Thus beginning his first and only day of a police officer...
Raccoon's Fall:
Leon drove into the city one day, excited about his first day. But oddly enough, the streets were pretty barren, with the exception of a woman in the streets. When Leon came out to check, he suddenly found himself in the middle of a nightmare. Mutated humans started bursting out of homes, shops and alley ways with only one single intention: Kill. Leon then saved a girl named Claire Redfield, the younger sister of S.T.A.R.S member, Chris Redfield; and the two of them escaped to the Police Station together to look for survivors and a way out of the city. Leon slowly discovered that the entire attack was the fault of Umbrella and William Birkin's G-Virus, thanks to the help of a woman named Ada Wong. Leon quickly grew a bond together with Ada, as they both depended on each other to survive the city. Leon even took a bullet for her, and defended her when Annette called her a spy. In the end however, Ada sacraficed herself to protect Leon. Angered at the fact that he couldn't save her life, and that Umbrella and the viruses caused all of this, he made a vow to destroy viruses from existance. After defeating William in a mutated G form, and reuniting with Claire and a survivor Sherry, the three of them escaped through an Umbrella railway and train. Free from the nightmare, Leon and Claire went their seperate ways; he took Sherry in as her legal guardian.
The Deal:
A few weeks later, Leon and Sherry found themselves in the hands of the US Government. They took Sherry away from Leon because she had the G-Vaccine in her body, much to Leon's greif. But he wasn't getting off easy himself; they wanted Leon because his experiance in Raccoon City proved her had potential as a valuble agent. So if Leon was to make sure Sherry was kept safe, and his own life as well, he had no choice but to accept. So he did.
During her ordeals on Rockford Island, Claire emailed Leon to come and help rescue her. However, with Leon's work as a Government Agent, he couldn't break free to go out and assist her. Fortunetly though, his new position allowed him to have some large connections throughout the world, and he used those to find and contact Claire's brother, Chris. He passed the message onto him, and he requested to set up a rescue mission for Claire.
Operation Javier:
In 2002, Leon's training was put to the test when he was sent to South America to find Javier Hildalgo, a former Drug Lord gone Bioterrorist. It was also his first and only mission alongside Jack Krauser, of SOCOM. Together, they found a young girl named Manuela, who seemed to be injured. She knew the way to Javier, so they asked her to lead them to him. Along the way, they discovered that Manuela was Javier's daughter and that she was injected with the T-Veronica virus to halt another illness of hers. Javier then injected himself, forcing a giant transformation. Outmatched, Krauser suffered a blow to his arm, in his state they were nearly outmatched. However, Manuela managed to control her virus and helped the two fight Javier, eventually defeating him. Leon returned home with Jack and Manuela, she was taken in by the government and protected. So far there have been no changes to her body. As for Krauser, with his injury he couldn't fight anymore, and was forced to leave the service. He disappeared shortly after the mission was finished.
Los Illuminados incident:
In 2004, Leon was at the top of the US Agency, one of the best. He was called to protect the President's family, when suddenly his daughter, Ashley Graham, was kidnapped by an unknown party. Information pointed Leon out to Europe where he was soon entanged in one of his biggest adventures yet, the birth of Las Plagas. Leon soon discovered the group that kidnapped Ashley was a cult called "Los Illuminados" (The Enlightened in Spanish), and met their leader, Osmand Saddler. Saddler revealed to Leon that he injected him and Ashley with the Plagas, and in a few hours they would be under his control. Undaunting from this, Leon and Ashley fought their way through the villagers with some minor help from Luis Sara, a researcher who escaped the cult, a mysterious merchant, and a very old friend: Ada Wong, who seemed to have survived after all. Leon fought through mountains of enemies, including Jack Krauser, who joined Saddler for power. He revealed to Leon that he was the one who kidnapped Ashley, to gain the cult's trust. After a duel to the death, Leon barely beat Krauser and continued on to save Ashley. With Ada's help, Leon and Ashley were cured of the Plagas and made preparations to escape. But Leon had something on his mind, Ada, she was nowhere to be found. He told Ashley to wait for him and left to look for her, only to find Saddler had taken her hostage. Leon cut Ada free, and fought Saddler's full Plagas form. With Ada tossing Leon a special rocket launcher, he took it up, and finished Saddler off. After the battle, Leon discovered the Plagas sample, but Ada put him at gun point and demanded he give it to her. Having no choice, he did. She gave him the keys to a jetski, and escaped by chopper before the island's countdown began. Leon took Ashley to the jetski and took off himself. With the mission finally over, Leon took Ashley home and took the time for a long vacation.
Harvardville and WilPharma:
In 2005, WilPharma's head of R&D released the t-virus in a Harvardville Airport Terminal. The building was locked down and the government sent in the marines along with the Special Response Team to clear out the Zombies. Leon was selected by the president to take charge of the S.R.T. due to his experience. Under his leadership and advice, they learned how to effectively kill the zombies and rescued five survivors including Claire Redfield. After saving them, Leon was involved in the fight with Curtis Miller, the Marines, and Angela Miller at WilPharma. He was able to save Angela and kill the G-virus-infected Curtis Miller. At the end, he, Claire, and Angela exposed Frederic Downing for escaping Raccoon City with the "t" and G-virus sample, the t-virus incident at the airport, and setting a time bomb in the WilPharma building in order to secretly sell the last of the G-virus data, t-virus along with its vaccine, and the G-virus. As the incident comes to a close, Leon is called in for yet another mission. He and Claire parted ways, with the two hoping that they will each meet again someday under far more "normal" circumstances.
Post Smash:
On his way to another mission, Leon was suddenly portaled into another world. This World, of course.
