Side Attack – Superpower: Deoxsys uses the move Superpower, which allows him to hurl a large energy ball at the opponent.

Final Smash:
Outbreak - Deoxys flies up into the air as an aurora forms in the sky, and duplicates itself for three rounds, up to ten times per round. These clones rush the enemy, striking with 6-sided dice, before disappearing. At the end of this FS, Deoxys returns to its Normal form.
Weaknesses:
Deoxys' weaknesses vary with each form, but the common weakness it possesses across all forms is to Dark and Bug Pokémon. It IS, however, very naive, and easily fooled. It also has a short temper when it -realizes- it's been fooled, quickly resorting to violence... much like the child it is.
Personality:
As mentioned above, Deoxys is very trusting and childlike, taking an intense fascination in almost anything it encounters. However, when tricked, or really, upset it most any way, it tends to... throw a tantrum, which could result in anything from it simply leaving, to creating mass numbers of itself to take out its anger.

History:
Deoxys was originally a spaceborne virus, which made its 'home' on a meteorite that was bombarded by a unique combination of radiation that began its mutation into the Pokémon now known as Deoxys. Shortly after its transformation was complete, it came down into the Lake, home of Rayquaza.
This is where things went bad. The dragon, agitated by the intrusion on its domain, attacked the Space Virus Pokémon, which had unknowingly been split into two halves during reentry. The primary half wound up being the one facing Rayquaza, The battle was going fairly evenly until Deoxys was distracted by the disruption of electronics in the town the battle had moved to, giving Rayquaza an opening to blast it with a Hyper Beam, obliterating all but its core. During the events of the Subspace emissary, it had finished regenerating, and began searching for its other half, which it found only recently.
Once complete, it... chose to ignore the battle going on around it, and began exploring the world it found itself on.
