Each swing is 10, finishing with a fatal swing of 20.
Weaknesses:
Cloud can be insecure about himself at times, his emotions are surprisingly sensitive. Always wanting to shelf the heavy burden of the world on his shoulders, because he doesn't want to see anyone else he loves die. His shyness and impulsive action could sometimes be interpreted as very stuck up, although he is striving to work on that aspect. And finally, Sephiroth. The legend still holds a grasp over Cloud, but Cloud is learning he can fight back.
Personality:
Cloud's emotions are heavily jumbled. During Crisis Core he was shy and soft spokeen, almost having a sense of purity in the friendship he found with Zack. Cloud didn't have too many friends growing up, so he doesn't come out of his shell often, except around Tifa. Cloud then changed in FF7, into the arrogant SOLDIER he believes he is, because he was living Zack's life. But Cloud eventually broke free of that and returned to his old self, only this time he's more out spokeen and friendly. During AC, Cloud is older and wiser, but the Geostigma and the past haunting him caused him to go through a bit of depression. It was only after speaking to Tifa and Vincent, and Aerith and Zack's scolding, that Cloud was finally able to break free of his past. He is finally returning to his normal self, as seen in Dirge of Cerberus. Now Cloud is outspokeen and positive again, and while he is still a little shy he can be friendly if you get close to him. He's determined to protect and keep everything in his life, and would slash your arm off if you try to take it away. He's also a fan of sports, surprisingly.

History:
Childhood:
Cloud's story began in a rural town called Nibelheim, he was raised by his mother while at the same time away from other children his own age. With the exception of Tifa, whom he grew a bit of a bond with. When Tifa's mom died, they went to the mountain to try to contact her, but ended up getting Tifa hurt instead. This action caused her father to restrict them from seeing each other. Cloud believed it was his fault Tifa got hurt, because he wasn't strong enough. A few years later, he discovered SOLDIER through his idolizing Sephiroth, the strongest warrior in Shinra's Battalion. When he was older, he set out to join SOLDIER...
Crisis Core:
Sadly, Cloud never made it as a SOLDIER, despite his hard effort. So he joined the security department instead, in hopes to rise up in the ranks. Cloud was selected as a member of a mission, lead by Turks senior member Tsung and SOLDIER operative, Zack Fair (black haired man). Cloud quickly found friendship in Zack once he learned about how much they have in common, he saw Zack as a mentor from that point on. Later, Cloud and Zack were once again chosen to another mission, back at Cloud's hometown of Nibelheim. Amazingly, this mission was lead by Sephiroth, Cloud's idol. When they arrived, he was ashamed of the fact that he never made SOLDIER, so he went through the mission hidden behind his helmet. He even avoided telling Tifa he was there. However, he does reveal himself to his mother in private. When they got to the reactor, Sephiroth investigated Hojo's documents in his lab. For almost a week he locked himself in the lab, reading page after page in every book he could find. And on the final day...
Sephiroth succumbed to madness, burning and slaughtering the whole village in a matter of moments. Zack pursued Sephiroth, who was making his way to the Mako Reactor. While Cloud went to his mother's side, at her final moments. Enraged, Cloud set off for the reactor himself. Seeing Tifa inside as well, out cold. Cloud then saw Zack fly out of the chamber, where Sephiroth was. He went inside himself and impaled the mad SOLDIER with Zack's Buster Sword, then went back to their sides. But Sephiroth saw his chance and impaled Cloud with his Masamune, however Cloud summoned all of his strength and hurled him down into the deaphs of the reactor. Then collapsed by Zack soon after...
The two were taken in by Hojo for Genova Cell experiments, he attempted to make them part of a Sephiroth Clone Program. Cloud's body reacted so strongly to the experimentations, he shifted into a comatose state. Zack took him and escaped, but were branded criminals and chased down by Shinra troops. Zack left Cloud in a safe spot just outside of Midgar, then left to face them... Finally, Cloud had awoken, and all of the Shinra troops were defeated. Cloud's freedom was purchaced...
At the price of Zack's. Zack took Cloud to his dying body and told him "Live...for the both of us...you are, my living legacy...". After that moment, Cloud's weakened state of mind and the curshing memories spiraled out of control. The broken pieces of his memory repeaced themselves into a distorted truth, transforming Cloud into an arrogant mercenary and former SOLDIER: Cloud Strife accepted this as his past, and Zack no longer existed...
Final Fantasy 7 history:
Cloud, now a Mercenary, took up a job in AVALANCHE, a radical group trying to bring down the tyrant Shinra. He gets aquanted with Barret and remeets his old friend Tifa, but his new personality confuses her. But she let it pass, as he kept helping for his own selfish reasons. During a mission, Cloud was seperated from the others and ended up in the Chruch Slums, where he met Aerith, the flower girl.
While Cloud is absent, Tifa allows herself to be captured by a Shinra informant, Don Corneo in an attempt to get information out of him. Cloud and Aerith, after disguising Cloud as a woman, attempt to rescue her, after which the Don admits that Shinra has found out AVALANCHE's base of operations is in Sector 7.
To crush AVALANCHE, Shinra drops the plate over Sector 7 of Midgar, crushing the entire area; Biggs, and Wedge and Jessie are killed trying to stop them, and Aerith is captured taking Barret's daughter Marlene to safety. Cloud then leads an attack on Shinra Headquarters to rescue Aerith. There he meets with Red XIII, and sees the headless remains of Jenova. However, the group is captured and imprisoned. During the night, Cloud awakens to find the doors of the prison open and the guards slaughtered. He, Aerith, Barret, Tifa, and Red XIII follow a trail of blood to the top floor, only to find President Shinra impaled on Sephiroth's sword. Cloud fights briefly with the new head of Shinra, Rufus Shinra, and then escapes from Midgar on a motorcycle, the other members riding alongside in a pickup.
The group stays at an inn located outside Midgar in Kalm. There Cloud tells what he thinks are his own memories of what happened on the day Nibelheim was burnt, with himself in Zack's place and Zack no longer present. His grudge with Sephiroth explained, the next day the group sets out to track Sephiroth down, going through the Mythril Mines where the Turks reveal Sephiroth is headed to Junon. Cloud and the group sneak into the Shinra controlled Junon and onto an oil tanker bound for Costa Del Sol, meeting Yuffie Kisaragi on the way.
The journey to find Sephiroth leads them through North Corel and the Gold Saucer, where the manager Dio gives Cloud and his friends a buggy to assist them in their travels and the robot Cait Sith joins their cause. The buggy eventually breaks down, forcing the group to stay at Red XIII's home Cosmo Canyon, where the Elder Bugenhagen reveals critical information about the planet and the Lifestream and the negative effects Shinra's drilling for Mako is having on them. When the group reaches Nibelheim, they find no trace of what happened.
Although Cloud and Tifa are confused, the group explores the rebuilt town and find that no one remembers the town ever being burnt down. In the ruins of the Shinra Mansion, they find Vincent Valentine, who agrees to accompany them when they mention Sephiroth. In the mansion library, Sephiroth appears and alludes to a "reunion" that he feels Cloud should attend. Cloud and the group traverse Mt. Nibel and go to Rocket Town, where they attempt to steal Cid Highwind's plane and have it shot down by Shinra. Adding Cid to their roster of allies, the group returns to the Gold Saucer and claims the Keystone from Dio. Believing the Keystone to be pivotal to finding out what Sephiroth is planning, Cloud and the group are forced to stay the night when the trolley to the park breaks down. At this time, Cait Sith is revealed to be a Shinra spy, and steals the Keystone and turns it over to Tseng of the Turks.
Traveling to the Temple of the Ancients, Tseng is found wounded by Sephiroth, and he returns the Keystone. In the heart of the temple, Cloud finds Sephiroth, who reveals his plan to call the ultimate black magic, Meteor, which will deal a critical wound to the planet. The Lifestream will emerge to heal this wound, and Sephiroth will absorb its energy, becoming a God. Sephiroth leaves as Cloud discovers the temple itself is the Black Materia Sephiroth needs to call Meteor. Cait Sith sacrifices himself to get it, but Sephiroth returns, and because Cloud had been injected with Jenova cells, Sephiroth has control over Cloud, and he hands him the Black Materia. He faints, and Aeris appears to him in a dream claiming only she can stop Sephiroth. When Cloud regains consciousness, Barret and Tifa tell him Aerith has left, and Cloud resolves to follow her to find out the truth behind her words.
Cloud in a flashback. Cloud and company pursue Aerith through the Sleeping Forest to the Forgotten Capital. He finds her praying on an altar in the center of the city's underground complex, but suddenly takes up the Buster Sword and attempts to attack her, his mind under Sephiroth's control. Stopping himself in the nick of time when his allies shout at him to stop, Cloud watches as Sephiroth descends from above the altar and impales Aerith, killing her in an iconic scene. Her death enrages Cloud, and the rest of the party mourns her passing. Cloud puts Aerith to rest and reveals to the party he has been under Sephiroth's control, and may become controlled again, asking his allies to stay with him despite this.
Finally arriving at the Northern Crater, Cloud momentarily regains the Black Materia and gives it to a party member of the player's choosing, not trusting himself. They then find the center of the crater, where Sephiroth appears and shows Cloud a partial vision of what really happened at Nibelheim, revealing Zack's presence in his stead but not Cloud's true part in the events. Shinra arrives afterwards, and Professor Hojo reveals his Jenova Reunion Theory that Cloud is a part of. Cloud comes to believe he was entirely created by Hojo and that even his name and memories of being Tifa's childhood friend belong to someone else. The shock of his past being fake, combined with Hojo's revelations and accusations, shatters Cloud's mind. He takes back the Black Materia and hands it to Sephiroth, who activates it. After Cloud apologizes to Tifa for being a fake, the crater begins to shake violently. AVALANCHE escapes, save for Barret and Tifa, and Cloud is left behind to fall into the Lifestream.
Surfacing at Mideel approximately a week later, Cloud has been subjected to intense Mako poisoning within the Lifestream, leaving him babbling and incoherent. Tifa stays to care for him while the rest of the party fights Shinra, who is risking a dangerous attempt to stop the Meteor that is now coming to the planet. Ultimate Weapon attacks Mideel, and Tifa and Cloud fall into the Lifestream and into Cloud's subconscious. There, Tifa helps Cloud piece back together his true memories of his childhood by comparing their memories to find out which are true, while Tifa encourages Cloud to believe in his own existence. Restored to his true self, Cloud resumes command of the party again. With Bugenhagen's guidance, they discover Aeris had managed to summon Holy just before Sephiroth killed her; the ultimate white magic, it could stop Meteor, but Sephiroth is holding it back.
After taking their revenge upon the Shinra for all the wrongs the company has wrought to each member of the party, the group lands in the Northern Crater and descends into the depths of the planet to confront Sephiroth. After the party defeats Sephiroth's new god-like form, his mind is sent back into the Lifestream. Cloud, sensing Sephiroth is not dead follows him mentally into the Lifestream and defeats Sephiroth at last in one final duel of will. Returned to his body by Aerith just in time, Cloud and the party escape the crater on the Highwind moments before Holy emerges to fight Meteor. The nearness of Meteor, however, causes Holy to hold back its full power, until Aerith commands the Lifestream to emerge and push it back so that it may unleash its full power to destroy Meteor and save the planet. That day was known as "Meteorfall", and also marked the end of a dark era in the world.
Advent Children:
Midgar was evacuated by Cloud and co, and the remaining groups of Shinra before it offically disbanded. The city was now in ruins after Meteorfall, and deamed uninhabitable because of the reactors of Mako. So they built a new city near Midgar, called "Edge". This city was also where Cloud and Tifa started their new lives together, the new 7th Heaven and Cloud's delivery service. During a visit to Aerith's Church, he found Denzel, a young boy who's parents were killed by a falling Plate. He took Denzel back home to Tifa quickly, where they soon adopted him. However Denzel had an illness called "Geostigma". Cloud sets out to find a cure...but only gets himself infected as well. He started to fall back into depression, regreting that he couldn't protect Zack and Aerith back then. The Geostigma only made it worse...
Cloud recived a message from Tifa on his cell phone, telling him that Reno from the Turks wants to talk to him. On the way, he was attacked by "Remnants" of Sephiroth's legacy. Kadaj, Loz and Yazoo. Cloud then went to Healin Lodge only to find that Rufus Shinra was alive, but heavily infected by Geostigma. The president tells Cloud who they are, and asks that Cloud work for them to defeat them. Rufus seemed very intent at righting his wrongs, and Cloud almost recognized that...until Reno opened his big mouth and suggested they could rebuild Shinra. Cloud immedietly turned them down and left. He then went to the Church, finding Tifa hurt on the ground. He tried to help her, but his Geostigma acted up, taking Cloud down for the count. They were both brought back home thanks to the Turks, and brought up to date that the Remnants were gathering children together, including Marline and Denzel. Cloud asks that the Turks go out, but Tifa erged Cloud to go too. When Cloud said he couldn't protect anyone, she replied: "Dilly Dally, Shilly Shally".
Cloud then left to the Forgotten City to save the kids, but was quickly defeated by Kadaj. However, Vincent appeared in time and saved Cloud from death. He tells Cloud that Geostigma is a plauge from the Jenova Cells, a sort of virus caused from within the body. Marlene then runs to Cloud, escaping Kadaj. When Cloud asked Vincent to take Marlene home, she refused to leave. After a few moments, Cloud took deep thought to what his friends said. He began to move on from his grief, and took Marlene back home. He then rescued Tifa from the Remnant's attacks, while saying he finally feels better after "Dilly Dallying". Together with his old friends, they defeated Bahamut SIN, summoned by Kadaj. Then Cloud pursues Kadaj on his Fenrir, while fighting off Loz and Yazoo with assistance from Reno and Rude. He arrived in Aerith's Church, finding a spring of the Lifestream in it. The water cured Cloud's Geostigma, and fended off Kadaj. He followed along, and faced him in a duel. Soon, Kadaj was defeated, but not before absorbing the head of Jenova in his body. Transforming Kadaj into the revived Sephiroth, and the two have a battle to the death.
After a grueling and bloody battle, Cloud barely defeated Sephiroth with his Omnislash Version 6, and told him to say in his memories, forever. Sephiroth disappears and reappears as Kadaj, who then vanishes as well. Cloud was then surprised attack by Yazoo and Loz, who attempted to take Cloud along with them in a suicide attack. But thanks to Aerith and Zack, holding Cloud from arriving in the afterlife, Cloud lived. He appeared in the Church, and helped heal the rest of the children's Geostigma. He saw Aerith and Zack near the doors of the church, knowing they have their forgiveness now. Cloud finally moves on, knowing he's not alone. He now protects his new life with confidance returned.
Dirge of Cerberus:
Cloud was away on business while Edge was attacked, and for a good portion of Vincent's mission too. But during the final attack against Deep Ground, Cloud appears alongside Barret and Tifa, leading the ground assault against them in Midgar. He even duels Rosso for a brief moment, escaping and surviving. As the battle went on, Cloud, Tifa and Barret contacted Vincent, telling him information about the Shinra building. Then he helps dismantle a Mako Reactor from Omega, he then leaves the rest to Vincent. After the battle, and Vincent's disapperance, Cloud helped the others look for him, soon finding him at Lucretia's cave.
Post Smash:
During a delivery, Cloud portaled into this world...
Anything else?
Fusion Swords:
Cloud's new sword design...is actually 6 other swords. They can all lock in place to form a bigger sword that resembles the original Buster Sword.
Cloud's custom made Motorcycle, the Fenrir.
*Its top speed is 400 kmph (approximately 250 mph).
*It features an oval-piston twin cylinder engine and has two front wheels.
*Fenrir seems to have a hip-based turning system, as even though it has handle bars, Cloud is capable of maneuvering the bike even while wielding two swords at once.
*It also appears to utilize a non-returning throttle, a dual throttle system or (the most likely solution) both, as Fenrir seems capable of both maintaining its speed and accelerating when Cloud's right hand is busy wielding his sword. It is also possible that the throttle is controlled by foot.
*It can expand, revealing a compartment where Cloud stores all the partials for the Fusion Swords.

The Lifestream will emerge to heal this wound, and Sephiroth will absorb its energy, becoming a God.
