Standard Attack - Mieu Fire - Mieu breaths a big fire ball with the help of the Sorceror's Ring wrapped around his waist. Like any regular fire ball, it burns. A LOT.
Upward Attack - Mieu Wings - Mieu can fly hiiiigh with the help of his wing-like ears - though not TOO high. Mieu will get tired after a while, but he still can fly higher than he normally would when he has someone hanging on to him.
Downward Attack - Mieu Guard - Mieu covers his face with his ears. This can block almost any attack (besides Final Smashes), but he is defense less from his other end, can still be grabbed, and it takes a bit for him to use.
Side Attack - Mieu Attack - Mieu can charge the opponent with a quick strike. He curls up into a ball and (somehow) flings himself towards them. This can cause knockback to an opponent, but also some recoil to Mieu if done repeatedly.
Final Smash:

Mieu Fire, only bigger!And more bad@$$! Instead of a fire ball, there's a fire wall! The wall of fire gets moved to the side and pushes anyone who got caught in it off the screen (or pushes until it disperses). Like any fire attack, it burns. A LOT MORE.
Weaknesses:
Mieu is pretty puny. His size is much, MUCH smaller than that of Bowser's, and he'd get blown pretty far if a powerful attack were to land on him. He's also airy, as he falls down very slowly if blown upward, which leaves him vulnerable to being attacked. Mieu is also still a child and, with out the Sorceror's Ring around his waist, his attacks do far less damage. Also, without the ring, he is inable to speak the human language, and has a hard time communicating with them.
Personality:
Mieu is a VERY cheerful little cheagle, and he can lighten the mood to almost any situation (or make it worse, depending on the people that are in said situations). He is also somewhat naïve, and at times does not realize that he waszinged made fun of, such as excepting 'thing' to be a nickname from Luke. Mieu is remorseful for having burned down the liger's area in the first place, which had resulted in him joining Luke's party.

History:
Mieu was growing up in the Cheagle Woods, just like any other Cheagle would. But, he was a special one - even only a the age of a child, he had the power to breath fire. Only adults - and those who wore the Sorceror's Ring - could do that. He was very respected among the other Cheagels.
One day, Mieu went for a walk. He did not realize how far he was going, and soon wound up in the Liger's territory to the north, though he did not notice that he was there. Mieu wanted to try to improve his fire breathing abilities, so he started breathing it here and there, and before he knew it, there was a giant fire going on in the forest.
Mieu was in very deep trouble, and because of this, the Ligers forced the Cheagles to steal food from Engeve and give it to them, or else they'd pay with their own bretheren.
Soon enough, though, Luke, Tear, and Ion came along, and took up the challenge of taking down the Liger Queen so that the Cheagles could be free from their 'taxation'. Mieu, being the one who started it all, was forced to go with the trio and act as an interperator to translate what the Liger Queen said.
Thankfully, with the help of Jade Curtis, the Liger Queen had been defeated, and the woods was saved. Mieu, however, was still in deep trouble, and as punishment, was exiled from the Cheagle Woods for one cycle of seasons (one year, I'm assuming). And also, he was instructed to go with Luke and his party on their quest to help them out.
Even after his exile was over, Mieu still decided to stay with 'Master' Luke. He felt that he was still loyal to him, and that Luke may need his assistance with something in the near future. He had been with Luke for a while now, but one morning, when Mieu woke up, he found himself in a strange forest, but not like the Cheagle Woods.
