Grass Valley, The Freil Empire
Personal Relationships:
Gaia/The Master - Blazer's divine father, also the main deity in the Frail Empire.
The Five Souls - Other servants of Gaia, who aid Blazer in his journey with different abilities which they possess.
Lisa - The love of his life, and regular Damsel-in-Distress.
Dr. Leo - Lisa's late father, a scientist known for being able to create almost anything. Also possesses great magic abilities, which includes being able to make scale models and paintings into which one may be drawn by touching them.
Turbo the Dog, Lue the Dolphin, Nome the Snail, Marie the Doll - The pets of Dr. Leo and Lisa, all of which are loyal to them and help Blazer in his quest with information and such.
Occupation:
The Hero of the Freil Empire
Moveset:
Fairly good fighter, jumper, etc. Also possesses to speak with spirits, which as Shintoism tells us exists in almost everything. This means that other than Humanoids, Blazer can also talk with Animals, Plants, Doors, Chairs, etc. This also includes beings such as Pokémon, Metroids (How ever talkative they are), and similar creatures. HOWEVER, he can't speak with most robots (that is, those which aren't programmed to speak), since these presents no spiritual nature to speak of nor with.
Special Moves:
Standard Attack - Master's Blade
The most frequented attack in Soul Blazer, Blazer puts up his sword in front of him and charges for a stabbing attack. Similar to Marth's attack, but still a frequently used move in the game.
Upward Attack - Tornado Boost
Blazer unleashes a small Tornado beneath him, which sends him flying into the air. The tornado then continues to barge forward, devastating the landscape and smashers who gets in its path.
Downward Attack - Wrath of Gaia
Calling upon the powers of the Thunder Ring, Blazer directs a bolt of lightning to strike in front of him. This functions about the same way as Pikachu's Thunder Bolt, but hits in front of the caster instead of onto him. Similarly to Pikachu, Blazer can't move while using this attack.
Side Attack - Fire Ball
The Second most frequently used move in the game, the Soul of Magician unleashes a Fireball towards the enemy.
Regular Attacks:
All "A" attacks are the normal attacks used by pressing the A button in Smash Bros. These usually consist of punches and kicks.

Final Smash - The Power of the Phoenix
When having struck a Smash Ball, Blazer feels a certain power rushing through him, a power he hasn't felt for a long time: The Power of the Phoenix. He formerly used it to end Deathtoll's reign of terror, defeating the evil god in his own home arena, and it has since laid dormant within him, awaiting the time to be called again. Now it resurfaces yet again, ready to strike another target: The Rival Smashers.
In a moment his sword begins to glow with the red flames of destiny, and in a powerful strike he releases the personification of fire known as the Phoenix. It travels vertically across the map for three rounds, striking the hit smashers with regular 1-point damages. After three rounds it ends it life with a 1-point damage explosion, hitting everyone on the field except for Blazer with its shockwaves. Then it returns to the blade, waiting for when it will be called upon once again.
Weapons of Choice:
Soul Sword:
A mighty blade blessed by The Master himself, making it an exceptional force to reckon with. With it Blazer is able to use the powers of the Phoenix, a feat unusable with other swords.
Originally, Blazer had several swords in his possession, each with a different ability which he could use, such as . The Soul Blade has now been enhanced with different essences of his other blades, just like it was enhanced with the essence of the Phoenix before his battle with Deathtoll. The Soul Blade can now defeat beings of:
Metallic Nature, provided by the Zantetsu Sword;
Spiritual Nature, an ability of the Spirit Sword;
Divine Nature, which is the regular power of the Soul Sword;
Soul Armour:
A legendary armour provided by the Master, possibly the most powerful in the entire Freil Empire. It is the only one which can withstand the horrible nature of Deathtoll's World of Evil, which is why Blazer really needed it to defeat his evil nemesis.
Originally Blazer had several armours with varying abilities which he used differently depending on whichever task was at hand. However, the Soul Armour now possesses the powers of several of those armours, giving it remarkable abilities. Those abilities are:
Space survival, the original powers of the Soul Armour;
Water breathing, the ability of the Bubble Armour;
Elemental resistance, provided by the Elemental Mail;
Thunder Ring:
A Magic Ring given to him by Lue the Dolphin, which originally enabled Blazer to summon lightning to the Thunder Pyramids of Ester, an isle in the Freil Ocean above St. Elles.
However, the magics of This World has enhanced its powers greatly, and now it can summon a bolt of thunder directly to the ring wherever in the world he is, and he even uses this as one of his so called "special attacks".
Other items:
I know this isn't a normal category, but Blazer possesses some other items of remarkable power. I felt it proper to include these here.
Soul Sphere:
Not really an item but actually a spirit, the Soul Sphere is where the coalition of the Five Souls has gathered to aid Blazer in his adventures. It appears as an Orb of Light, and it enables Blazer to use the magic of the Soul of Magician. On itself it also gives Blazer the ability to see hidden objects and invisible enemies (from the Soul of Reality and the Soul of Detection respectively), it lights up an area of darkness around it like a torch (from the Soul of Light), and it enables Blazer to be in an area such as the inside of a volcano and survive the event (from the Soul of Shield), which is a really good ability to have when dealing with the variety of worlds mixed here in This World.
Dream Rod:
The Dream Rod allows Blazer to gaze into the dreams and memories of a sleeping being, and thus interact with it and whatever it dreams. For Blazer to use its power the Rod must touch the being in question, and Blazer is unable to interact normally with the physical world while he uses this ability. Since the Spirit Orb follows him when he does this, it is safe to assume that other beings in contact with him are able to do the same.
Mermaid Tears:
Blazer can use the Mermaid Tears to turn Magma into Stone. It must be placed within the source of the magma though, and thus can't solidify a simple flow of lava.
Leo's Paintbrush:
Normally enables Blazer to enter a painted portal of Dr. Leo's, and thus be transported wherever it goes. However, since the magic of This World enables anyone to enter the paintings even without the brush, it is more or less useless other than as a personal token.
Mushroom Shoes:
When worn, it enables Blazer to walk on slippery surfaces such as Ice without risking to slip and fall.
Weaknesses:
Mental:
Like almost every hero-character in gaming history, Blazer is too brave and noble for his own well being. He won't hesitate getting in the way of an attack at civilians, he doesn't mind being charred to save a Damsel-in-distress, and he stops at nothing to see that whatever reign of evil is at large is ended once again. This usually makes him rush ahead of his thoughts for a good deed to be done, and puts him in a lot of lethal peril.
Physical:
When he battled Deathtoll and his minions, he was a being of pure divine power, a god if you will, and thus couldn't be harmed by the mere will of man. Fate bent itself around him, and enabled him to get the information and power he had back in his own world. Now, merely a Demigod, he hasn't realized the changes in power that has happened to him. He ain't no longer immortal to the weapons of mankind, he hasn't got the same influence on people which he once had, and the strength of his might has lessened. He will probably soon notice, but it will still take a while for him to get fully used to the truth of This World.
Personality:
Self explanatory. Don’t be skimpy, man.
Likes:
Self explanatory. Don’t say stupid things like “nice people”- I mean honestly, who doesn’t like nice people (besides two dimensional bad guys?). So, favorite foods, colors, etc….
Dislikes:
Same as the above only dislikes. Again, don’t put anything stupidly obvious.
Appearance:
What do they look like, oh and how big and stuff they are. Provide an image if you like, which would give our brains an easier time imagining what they look like.
History:
So, what’s their story?
Anything else? (Optional)
What is says on the tin. Theme song, personal quote, whatever.
