BLADE SHOCKWAVE: Simply swings his cutlass to unleash a blade of wind at his opponent in front of him
Side Special Move
CUTLASS FURY: Flies forward and if he successfully hits the target with one slash, he follows up with 3 more before doing one more almighty final downward slash.
Up Special Move
RAIN OF SWORDS: When he's on ground, he leaps into the air and fires off six energy blade-shapes in front of him.
Down Special Move
COUNTERSTRIKE: He places both of his cutlasses in front of himself before the opponent could hit him. If the timing is right, Vyse can half th damage on him and counterattack, giving the opponent the other half of damage he was going to take.
Final Smash:
PIRATE'S WRATH: Unleashes a tornado around himself and charges his main cutlass with electricity before throwing it at his target. If hit, Vyse will leap forward and deliever an X-Shape slash with both of his cutlasses and either giving the target major damage or knocking them out of the arena. Can be used once or twice when he's got the Smash Ball.

- Can't run very fast.

- Low will to create major damage with magic
Personality:
Vyse is extremely driven to do well and be a role model to those around him. His strong compassion and empathy are known to inspire others to great feats that they did not realize they were capable of. With nothing more than his goodwill and personality, Vyse unites a disparate crew from all over the world into a single fighting force to do battle with the Valuan Armada, and he can call on his crew members when the need is great to fight the enemy by shouting, "Blue Rogues, attack!".
Vyse and Aika are sufficiently confident in their fighting abilities when fighting together that they consider five against two to be unfair odds to their opponents. Due to his strong, optimistic personality and open, friendly demeanor, Vyse is a natural magnet for women.... and for one time, much to his horror and fear, men. He mostly attract attention from women, whenever he likes it or not. However, he only showed affection to two girls; his childhood friend Aika and his mysterious new friend Fina, although it's unknown if he is romantically inclined to either or not.

History:
Vyse was born to the Blue Rouge Pirate, Captian Dyne. His father owned a pirate airship called the Albatross. Nothing much is known about Vyse's childhood except he became a regular sailor when he was a child and sailed on the Albatross. Vyse had to overcome airsickness because of this, but he soon got over it. During his childhood, his close friend Aika, lost her parents and was raised by his parents until she was old enough to take care of herself in her own house. Like Vyse, Aika became a sailor when she was a child. Vyse obtained the distinctive crescent-shaped scar under his left eye during a failed rescue attempt when he was ten years old while protecting Aika.
Vyse's dream was to become a captain of his own ship and see what the world is like beyond the skies. His chance came by saving a mysterious, beautiful girl called Fina from a Valuan Battleship. Then, after he and Aika went off to collect some treasure, they found out the Valuan Empire came and took Fina, Captian Dyne and all the pirates away to Valua. With the help of a older, grouchy fisherman Blue Rouge, Captain Drachma, Vyse and Aika were able to save Fina and the others before escaping Valua.
After learning Fina's mission to stop Valua from unleashing dangerous weapons, he and Aika journeyed with her to collect the Moon Crystals so Valua wouldn't awaken the deadly Gigas as their own weapons.
After many events, Vyse was seperated from Aika and Fina from a Valuan attack. He met another Blue Rouge pirate who showned him the lighter side of life in Arcadia, Glider. Even though he found Aika and Fina, they were captured by Valuan soldiers and taken to prison. Vyse and Gilder break out of a Valuan prison together and rescue Aika and Fina. They were then, helped by the Prince of the Valuan Kingdom, Enrique, to escape Valua with him. Enrique was uncorruptable and wanted to put Valua on the right side of the track and wanted to help Vyse and his friends from stopping Valua from their goals while trying to open Valua's eyes. Enrique gave Vyse's dream as being a captain of his own ship come true by having him command his flagship, the Delphinus, to continue their mission to recover and secure the six Moon Crystals.
Even if his mission is over, Vyse wants to see more and continue his adventure... and maybe it'll become true... someday.
