Andy is an Ace Mechanic, hes not much of a fighter; so he built some personal inventions to use in combat.
Neutral Special: Ice Grenade
A special grenade altered by Andy, when thrown it will bounce around for abit before exploding in an icy cloud. Those who are hit by it the first time will most likely freeze up for a while, but even if you dodge it the ice cloud might get you since it stays for about 2 seconds. The bomb's roll is 6, and the cloud is 4, it stays on the field an extra turn.
Side Special: Blow Torch
A blow torch in combat? Yes, this thing can be lethal in the hands of an ace mechanic. Andy does a lot of frame work, so with this he can easily weld two piece's of metal together. Outside of battle it also makes a good weapon, he takes it out of his pack and it spews blue flames at the enemy toasting them up. It works more like the Fire Flower more then any other character's fire breath since he can move around, however it has low battery power to after a while it'll wear out. When this happens Andy has to put it back in his pack and let it recharge for a while. The torch's roll is 6, but it can only last for 3 turns, after that it must recharge for 3 more turns.
Down Special: Toy Soldier
Andy just loves to invent new things, doesn't he? So in the middle of the battlefield he takes advantage of his experience with military mechanics, and takes a turn to build a little toy soldier; despite they're size these little guys pack a punch. There are two types of units, the Combat Specialist who runs around attacking enemies with a cork gun and plastic bayonet, which does a surprising amount of damage. And the Explosives Specialist, who runs around the battlefield digging holes and planting land mines. Andy can only make one at a time though, so hes stuck with the one he makes.
They're useful indeed, but fragile after a good strong hit, or after afew turns without maintenance, they fall apart; However Andy's motto is "A healthy unit, is a good unit!". Andy's down Special turns to Hyper Upgrade, if hes close enough to his little creations, he'll use that move to repair it's damage and keep them in tip-top shape. The Combat Bot will assist Andy in front line fights for 2 turns before falling apart, Andy has to be next to him in order to fix him up and let him last another 2 turns. His rolls are 4. The Explosives Bot will place mines around the enemy that will go off if they step on them, it can only dig one mine at a time though, and after 2 turns it'll fall apart. The mines roll is 6.
Up Special: Helipack
Andy's job isn't easy, sometimes he needs to fix up machines 100 times his size(like the Halberd), and the framework inside is huge; so the little boy has a hard time getting around it. Thats why he invented the Helipack, a compact and convenient helicopter backpack that allows the mechanic to levitate in the air fixing up the big machine. He incorporates it in battle too, by flying though the air helping him recover, however after a while he'll start to weigh it down; so he has to touch the ground to let the pack recharge.
Final Smash:Artillery
*war time sirens*WHA, whats going on?! Ah he can't be...oh yes he is! Andy is calling for back up and declaring war on his enemies, the Artillery! When Andy grabs the smash ball, he takes out a remote control calling for someone; however no one seems to come around for 3 turns. But after two turns the Bomb Squad will appear in the sky in giant planes, for two turns they will drop volleys of bombs on the battlefield; the bomb will rain down on the field effecting everyone but Andy and his partners. After the 3 turns are up, the bombers leave the battlefield, knowing that they're job is done. During the three turns they drop 6 bombs on the battle field per turn, each bomb has a max roll of 8.
Weaknesses:
Andy is small, he is a growing boy after all; a good strong hit might send him flying. Without all his gimmicks and gadgets all he has is is wrench...which really hurts when struck by but isn't too reliable in a big skirmish. He also has an unhealthy obsession to take apart new machines, just to see how they tick; which might get him in trouble with some people.
Personality:
Andy is quite the firecracker, he lives everyday like its the end of the world with a never dieing smile on his face, and an attitude that says "Go for the gold!". He enjoys being around machines so much, which is a good reason why he took this job; hes out beat and friendly around friends, acquaintance's and even some enemies. But don't take this the wrong way, hes quick to protect his friends and can even get a little serious from time to time, still keeping that smile and letting it turn into a smirk in combat.
Likes:
Sami, Max, Nell, machines, new machines, old machines, living machines, good food, a thrill(like fighting), inventing new things, most people.
Dislikes:
Subspace, dull people, waking up early, losing, being ignored, when machines run from him(like R.O.B).
Appearance:
History:
As a child Andy was born with a genius level intelligence, allowing him to go farther then anyone else when it comes to inventions. Nell quickly took him in and raised him to be a member of the Advance Wars Industry: Orange Division, and it sure payed off because Andy is a great addition to her team of refined warfare specialists. However when Subspace appeared they were attacked first, because the subspace so the group as a threat. Andy and his friends were defeated before they had the chance to retaliate, but thanks to the efforts of those brave heroes Andy and the others were freed and returned back to they're lives and jobs. Despite his ordeal Andy hasn't changed at all, he enjoys his life and job and wouldn't trade it for anything in the world!
Anything else? (Optional)
Entrance: Jumps out of a low flying military helicopter
Taunt 1: Spins his wrench around smirking
Taunt 2: Points at enemy and says "Come and get it!"
