fort frolic during the youth of rapture was the places shopping centre and was also the best place to unwind after rapture had fallen it has seen counteless murder and many attemps at jack's life including cohen's theres also a bar and a whore house.

there are only 2 big daddy's left all the others were killed by jack, there still many splicers and some flooding halls though
