Name:
Luigi/Mr. L
Game of Origin:
Mario Bros. / Super Paper Mario
Nicknames:
Luigi, Green-stache, Weege, Weegie, What's-your-face, etc.
The Green Thunder, L, "Was that Luigi?"
Age:
23 (a few minutes younger than Mario)
Species:
Human
Gender:
Male
Alignment:
Neutral Good/Chaotic Neutral
Type:
Middle
Stats:
HP- 90
PP- 5
LP- 8
Residence:
Mushroom-y Kingdom
Occupation:
Luigi: "Eternal Understudy" to his older brother, Mario.
Mr. L: Vengeful Dark side of said Eternal Understudy?
Moveset:
Luigi[/u]
Standard: Thunderpalm- Luigi forms a ball of electricity in his palm, and thrusts it forward, shocking and blowing away whoever it hits. He can also charge this move for one turn, and be able to fire a slightly more powerful ball a moderate distance away.
Side: Green Missile- When executed, Luigi will fly like a rocket across the stage, smashing any other characters and burning them. Luigi is able to charge this move up (up to two turns, gaining 2 for his roll with each turn), which will allow him to fly farther and harder than usual. This will cause more damage to the opponent, sometimes rocketing the foe in the skies. Green Missile is actually a better third jump than his Super Jump Punch attack. It also has a one in eight chance (shown by die roll) of overpowering, and sending Luigi HURTLING across the stage at full speed, causing massive damage to whoever he hits.
Upward: Super Jump Punch- Luigi leaps straight up leading with his fist, and whoever he hits takes very little damage... unless he's RIGHT in front of the person as he performs the move, in which case they're lit on fire, and are sent flying. After performing the move, regardless of a hit or miss, Luigi lands on his head, without fail, leaving him open to his opponent's next attack.
Down: Luigi Cyclone- Luigi would spin around in similar fashion to Mario's Mario Tornado. He would pull in nearby opponents, spin them around, severely damaging them in the process, and then fling them in the air, (with one roll for hitting at all, spinning/damaging them, and launching them) which will leave them open for more attacks. However, the move takes a while to use, and because of its lack of effect on a single opponent, the move is best used when surrounded. Also Luigi Cyclone has the ability to move rather than Mario Tornado making it ideal if characters are far from Luigi.
Mr. L
Standard: Fireball- So THAT'S where the fireball went! L has modified this move, using BOTH hands instead of just one to launch his fireballs. Swinging both arms in front of him, he'll release a pair of fireballs that spiral around one another towards their target.
Side: Firebrand- Named in mockery of Mario's traditional fire-wielding powers, this move is... violent to say the least. Igniting one hand on fire, L will build up power for a high speed dash forward, and, if he catches his victim, will use the burning hand to CHOKESLAM them, accompanied by a malicious laugh.
Upward: Green Rocket- Mr. L leaps into the air as HIGH as he can, then comes down, stomping on anyone who's unfortunate enough to be underneath him. If someone is hit by L's rising jump, they'll take double damage. This move has less horizontal range than Dedede's Super Jump, but takes him higher.
Down: L Hurricane- This move is almost identical to Luigi's Luigi Cyclone, except that it can move horizontally in midair, and in fact, won't stop spinning until he hits the ground. Unfortunately for him, he ends up dizzy after using this move, leaving him helpless against his foe's next attack.
Final Smash:
Luigi[/u]
Negative Zone- It is a rather bizarre Final Smash, after Luigi breaks open the Smash Ball, he starts dancing around in a strange, almost hypnotic way. Then a large green circle appears on the stage, which has a fairly large radius. Any opponents caught in this circle will be affected by a variety of effects, such as uncontrollable taunting. They will be affected while the green circle is still on the stage, and will stay affected a little bit after the circle disappears. Then, while the green circle is in play, all characters in it become inverted in color, and can't move very well. Luigi, however, has full speed, giving him a clear advantage over his opponents for a short period of time. The effects wear off after a little while, when the green circle starts to shrink.
Three of the following effects are selected via die roll when this attack is used. Anyone affected by the attack faces these affects. This Final Smash lasts for three rounds. At the end of this FS, Luigi absorbs the energy, and becomes Mr. L.
1- Drastically reduced attack power
2- Greater launch distance when hit
3- Increased likelihood of slipping
4- Steady increase in damage percentage
5- Flower growth on head
6- Dizziness
7- Uncontrollable taunting
8- Sudden sleepiness
9- Decreased movement speed
Mr. L[/u]
Atomic Thunder- Mr. L, finally nearing his limit, unleashes all his power in one last blast, the negative energy becoming a cyclone of green and black fire that will pull in anyone nearby. While it can be resisted, if the victim fails, they will be on the receiving end of... a LOT of hate. The resulting blast will KO anyone caught in this FS.
After using it, Mr. L reverts back to being Luigi.
Weaknesses:
Luigi is significantly lighter than Mario, and has worse traction, making him pretty easy to send flying. He's also, as mentioned in his personality, a coward, and is more likely to run away than actually stay and fight. In fact, a suitably frightening opponent will paralyze Luigi with fear.
While Mr. L, on the other hand, is confident ALMOST to the point of reckless cockiness, causing him to underestimate opponents. As a result, he can sometimes be caught off guard b a suitably impressive attack from his opponents, making him easy to stun.
Personality:
Luigi is portrayed as timid and a bit of a coward. He also worries and is considerably self-conscious. However, he overcomes his fears and acts like a hero when necessary. Luigi is also somewhat clumsy at times, but is also capable of impressive feats of agility.
Whereas Mario almost says nothing at times, Luigi is proven to be quite the conversationalist, sometimes not knowing when to shut up.
Mr. L speaks just as much as Luigi, but in his case, it's usually insults towards his opponents, or, well, pretty much anyone else that gets on his bad side. He's got enough courage for TWO Luigis, and doesn't hesitate to run headlong into combat, even if it's just to show he's NOT scared.
Likes:
Peace and quiet, coffee, Mario, not having to fight.
Dislikes:
GHOSTS. OTHER SCARY THINGS. And Bowser. ... And he's not really thrilled with the Hands, either, since they dragged him into all this.

History: (Copied from Mario Wiki: Warning - Spoilers)
Luigi first appears where he prepares to defend himself from on-coming Waddle Dees. They are harmless, and make no move to attack him, but he is frightened by them, nonetheless. Then, out of nowhere he is attacked from behind by King Dedede, who slams Luigi with his mallet, sending him flying into the air. After he comes back down, he becomes a trophy. King Dedede places him on the road as bait for Wario, who is coming down the road. Wario takes the bait, and Dedede manages to steal the princess and Ness trophies along with Wario's Cargo.
Dedede places a special badge on Luigi, Ness, and the princess, though the princess's badge is knocked off when Bowser flies off with the princess in his Koopa Clown Car and is later swallowed by Kirby. Later, when Tabuu turns everyone into trophies, the badges turn Luigi and Ness back into living creatures. The badges had the power to bring trophies back to life. Luigi and Ness afterward turned King Dedede back to life. The unlikely trio set off to help out Mario, Donkey Kong, Samus, Fox, Pikachu, Captain Falcon, Marth, Mr. Game & Watch, Falco, Pit, Captain Olimar, Lucas, Diddy Kong, the Pokémon Trainer, and Ike. Luigi, along with Ness, then watches Dedede fight Bowser and help him convince Wario to join them. After they turned everyone back to normal, they all fought Tabuu.
The battle was not without its... side effects, however. Luigi was affected most by Subspace, and his own well hidden jealousy towards his brother... which became the power known as the Negative Zone, a massive surge of dark energy. Eventually, Luigi could no longer safely just RELEASE this energy, so began having to absorb it... and this has begun having... odd effects on his behavior, giving him moments when he would be more aggressive... violent, in fact... and not remember a thing.
Little does Luigi know that energy... that jealousy... it's latched onto the elements of Luigi's personality he draws on the least, his confidence and viciousness, to become a mind of its own...
