Anywhere seen in the Smash Bros series is acceptable, and also any locations that could fit and be imported into the world of Smash.

Chris transforms his arm into what resembles the Ion Blaster, except it is as thin as his arm and it's exterior is red. This weapon has two types of assaults one form consist of shotgun rounds and the other is a long distance thin beam of red destructive energy. By charging his Ion Shot, he can inflict more damage causing his foe to soar through the air also to indicate he is at full power either palm glows a bright red.
Upward Attack: (Advancer) - Flip kick Fusion
Chris Banner before doing anything begins to charge his Advancer, than he flips into a one handed handstand while spreading his fingers apart from his left hand. He lifts his legs then makes contact with his opponents chin. After landing and while his foe is a few feet in the air, he immediately pulls his opponent from around his or her ankles (this last move ends his up b) after the red energy is stored in his left palm, he transforms his fist into the Advancer and shoves it against his or her chin launching his opponent several meters into the air.
Downward Defense: (Shavell) - The Power of Shavell
A near inpenetratable red barrier of energy, not even lighting could dissipate its presents. This power surrounds the body of Chris Banner and extends to his comrades. It even reflects objects or projectiles with the same force applied, directly at it's foe.
Side Attack - Rammer
He runs at moderate speed then causes powerful infliction by slamming his shoulder into his opponent.
Regular Attacks: (Optional)
All "A" attacks are the normal attacks used by pressing the A button in Smash Bros. These usually consist of punches and kicks.
(A) Standard Attack - Dance
He sends a forward jab than a swinging backwards punch, he concludes his assault with an elbow to the jaw that he repeats.
(A) Upward Attack - Strong kick
Chris knees his opponent twice in the stomach, then he round house kicks them into the air.
(A) Downward Attack - Sweep
He does a simple low sweep from both his feet to knock his opponent off balance.
(A) Side Attack - Knocking
Chris sweeps again but with one leg than he it turns into a mid section kick and into a high kick in the face.
Aerials:
These are the (A) attacks used in the air.
Standard Aerial: Chris fires a burst of five shotgun shells from his right arm, either diagonally, horizontally, or vertically.
Upward Aerial: Flip kick Slash (2 hit Combo)
Chris transforms his arm into his dual blade while than launching into an arched back flip in the air, his right foot kicks his opponent causing moderate damage, while still airbourne. This finishes his chain. The back side of his dual blade arm impacting his opponent causes his foe to be strongly knocked upwards.
Downward Aerial: Banner Heel
He flips into a forward somersault and uses the heel from his foot to knock his opponent into a downward aerial.
Side Aerial: Resemblance to Mewtwo's shoulder ram in Pok?mon stadium, Chris levitates into mid air then rushes his shoulder into his opponent.

All "Smash" attacks are the specialized and more powerful attacks used by pressing the A button in correlation to a directional button with some force in Smash Bros. These usually consist of devastating punches, kicks, and weaponry attacks.
Upward Smash: He transforms his right arm into his blade and his left arm into his Advancer, after a diagonally forward roundhouse kickorward. He slashes his blade vertically at his opponent, like a counter attack, than pushes back and launches a single strong beam of red energy diagonally.
Downward Smash: He shoots a single blast from his gun toward the ground and for a brief moment he is ascending before he comes down with both his hands together, smashing his arms downward onto his opponent, this attack causes a bounce effect.
Side Smash: Chris ejects two needles from his palm at blinding speed then dashes over to his opponent and rams him or her with his shoulder.
Grabs: (Optional)
The characters may grab in up to two different ways. You may ignore the second grab if you want.
Grab 1 - He wraps his arms around the opponent before somersaulting backwards and throwing him or her behind his head. After, he stands his upper body straight.
Grab 2 - Chris will take one hand to grab and toss his opponent into midair only to conclude with double beam shot.

Taunts are things that your character can use to taunt his/her enemy. These are usually the character's trademark actions.
Upward Taunt - (While Chris slightly bounces his gun in the left hand of his palm, he strongly grips the bottom of his thin, red, Advancer in that same palm, while also walking forward like a soldier beginning war. Radiating complete confidence and stopping five feet from his opponent. He looks his opponent in the eyes and authoritative tells him or her. "Their can only be one." )
Downward Taunt - (His gray eyes glow while energy is flowing off of them from between his eyebrows then stands straight up into a sideways angle. And points the tip of his blade directly at his opponents chest.)
Side Taunt - (He levitates three feet above ground then gracefully flips into a backwards somersault, after which he lands into a crotching martial arts battle stance. His right leg extended forward while his left leg is brought inward with his blades displayed. He says, "Show me what you can do.")
Final Smash: Breach in Communication
(Usually the eyes glow yellow but his eyes glow gray)
Chris stands at the edge of the field then activates the power of the Vell to extend his blades which he slams down diagonally, before raising his blade vertical flames ignite across the stage from Chris is standing. After slamming his blade down while the fighters are in mid air, he freezes time and launches a devastating blast across the field causing collateral damage.
Weaknesses: Chris is arrogant in his abilities which leads to underestimating his opponents. He is human which means if hes shot enough times in the chest the bullets will injure him.
Personality: He is a man who doesn't fully understand himself. He grew up in Shavell. Although he grew up a normal kid with a normal family, he is anything but normal. He has amazing powers that he doesn't fully understand. While he was growing up he hated himself, he was angry at the world for making him a "freak." He wanted nothing to do with his powers, he just wanted a normal life. However, as time went on and he grew older he learned to deal with his powers, and eventually he embraced them. He believes in fighting for what is right. He believes in protecting the weak, and making sure that they are taken care of. Overall, he is a good man with great power, fighting for justice and freedom.
Likes: He enjoys bagels and helping build teams.

Chris was raised by the Banners as one of their own children. He always knew that he was different, that he had these abilities, but he never understood why. As his powers developed throughout his childhood, he became increasingly confused and angry. This was a cause for concern for his parents, because they never understood exactly why their son was this way. When Jacob died when Chris was still just a child, Chris blamed himself for his father's death, feeling that it was the pressure of raising a "freak" that caused his young father to die of a cerebral embolism. Eventually he learned to deal with his gifts. At first he used his gifts for selfish reasons, often profiting from using them dishonestly (mostly in athletic bets). However, after an incident which cost his older brother Brandon his life, Chris left his family and found himself in a self imposed exile. He eventually got back into contact with his mother and sister, and was shocked to find that they did not blame him for Brandon's death. After a lot of self reflection, he heard voices that he thought was coming from Salamere who gives out news coverages by delivering sound messeges. But it had been another voice unfamiliar for Chris who had been lead out of his chambers and into a dark portal that transported him into Hyrule.
