He has no job specifically, he was genetically altered and designed to be the strongest Pok?mon.
Move set:
Standard Move: Shadow Ball - Mewtwo charges up his psychic powers in the form of a ball, and hurls it at his foes. This move is very speedy and can be launched in succession. It can also be charged to get an increased size and amount of damage. It can reach it's highest potential after charging for 5 turns. This is a VERY powerful attack.
Upward Move: Teleport - Mewtwo can disappear in the blink of an eye and reappear at a designated location. This location of course, can be no more than 6 ft. away. Mewtwo not only uses this to zip past, behind, or TOO his enemies...but also upward toward them. This makes an excellent recovery move when falling of the side during matches in high places.
Side Move: Confusion - Mewtwo uses his focused Psy energy to mess with the foe's head. This causes great confusion for two turns if pulled off successfully. Also, it damages the opponent slightly, more so if they are hit within succession. He can also lift the opponent up and down with Psy energy while they are stunned, but only until the end of his attacking turn.
Down Move: Disable - This move is meant only to stun the opponent. Like most of his Psy energy it needs to be charged to be used effectively. After charging for 3 turns and actually landing a hit successfully on the opponent, Mewtwo can stun the opponent for 1 turn. This gives him the advantage to manipulate them with more of his Psychic abilities.
Smash Side: Energy Blast - Mewtwo pulls back his hand in one slow yet powerful blast of pure Psy energy. This move is enough to send anybody flying backward in awe. The high level of Psychic power exposure leaves the opponent slightly joggled.
Mewtwo is very lightweight considering he floats. He doesn't really use any of his limbs to do anything, in fact, his tail and mind are used more than the rest of his body. He can jump VERY high with a double twirl, and even higher as a propelled second jump. He can maybe reach a maximum distance of 15 ft. in the air.
Final Smash:
Psychic EXPLODE - Mewtwo becomes fully enveloped in Psychic energy. Anything he touches flies high up in the air. He can also fire various projectile beams toward anyone around him. A truly devastating attack this is.
Weaknesses:
Mewtwo is VERY light on his fe--*erm* air. It's very difficult for him to stay solitary when hit. He has almost no weight whatsoever to himself, so this contributes to the same problem. Mewtwo may be VERY intelligent, but once you get him on a roll...there's no stopping him. He's very vengeful, and can be easily tricked when like this. Mewtwo also is very stubborn. Once he gets one thought about someone or something, he will not think differently. Also he is somewhat judging, once he sees a situation, he will see it as it is and go from there.
Personality:
Mewtwo is very intelligent, so intelligent he can speak telepathically. He enjoys being alone and training by himself. He loves spending day in and out perfecting his mind and fighting techniques. Though as much of an intellect Mewtwo is, he is very vengeful, stubborn, and judging. This is because of his mere instincts when he was created. You can't make an all powerful being without compassion and think it will love. Hatred burns in his soul.

Pok?mon, destruction, being isolated, becoming more powerful, and training his mind.
Dislikes:
Humans, weak personalities, weak people/things, and experimentation of any kind.

History:
13 years back, a Pok?mon scientist discovered some Mew DNA on an excavation trip. He managed to use this DNA to clone a completely new entity...the new entity known as Mewtwo. Mewtwo was genetically designed and altered compared to it's cousin, Mew. He was created to be the most powerful Pok?mon to ever live. He was indeed a marvel to all Pok?mon scientists, and indeed the first to ever test the new technology. A year passed as they did research on his slowly developing body. One year later, Mewtwo awoke...just floating in his test tube. He noted the scientists eying him in awe as he awoke. Little did he know he made a premature awakening. This caused him to go crazy...he went mad knowing that he had been experimented on. He believes all he was created was for the sake of science, and he wasn't naturally meant to live. So he broke out of his test tube, and used all of his hatred to fuel his Psy energy. He blew up that research lab himself...and all the scientists inside were terribley injured. Mewtwo has sworn he will strike vengeance on the humans and all those in his way. Though he feels somewhat responsible for Pok?mon. Mewtwo travels from place to place constantly, but he seeks refuge occasionally in a mysterious cave near Cerulean City.
